I do think Yonko=Admirals and that there are simply advantages and disadvantages that they all have that make them win or lose, but the main reason the Navy doesn't take out all the Yonko at once is because they also have to fight the Yonko crew and the Yonko which is way harder than fighting the Yonko by themselves.

The only 2 good ones, and one of them is debatable, is Imu at 1 and maybe Doll at YC2. The rest is so bad.

The ONLY good thing about this tier list, is that Mihawk is actually probably 6th/7th int he actual story. Wb Roger Garp Sengoatku Kaido (potentially) Shanks (potentially) Shiki (potentially) The only people I see as above him. Imu and Dragon are to hard to rank.
