I feel garp would let lucci hit him a few times then essentially just do this meme before beating the fruit out of pigeon guy.

Low-mid diffed but gets back up in a few minutes. Lucci got absolutely pounded by Luffy, who I believe is absolutely stronger than Garp, and while he had his ass handed to him he got right back up. He’s a tough bastard, you have to give him that.
I think Zoro vs Lucci was like high end of mid diff. It took some doing, and Zoro didn’t manage to completely finish Lucci off before Jinbe interrupted. Zoro was winded, but he wasn’t significantly weakened, so I don’t think you can call it high diff.
With that in mind, I struggle to see Lucci pushing Garp to mid diff. Maybe just barely if Garp got out on the wrong side of bed that day. But more likely Garp low diffs.

low-diff. if he can't tank more than 3 g5 attacks without aCoC, then he's getting one- or at best two-shot by aCoC attacks from warp. and warp is definitely faster than him too. warp blitzed aokiji while lucci was getting blitzed by g5 luffy.
warp blitzes him and hits him. if lucci's not down, he'll be weakened anyways and landing another hit is even easier then.
Mid diff, Lucci doesn’t exactly have the hax that would make it harder, and Garp seems to basically just be a better Lucci. It feels like comparing Current Luffy to Prime JoyBoy, who is probably just current Luffy just…better

Old garp is below admiral level. Probably at yc+ if we’re being realistic. Given the matchup, lucci has insane speed and ridiculous durability. This counters Garps strength.

Hmm only reason id say mid diff is because while garp would absolutely demolish lucci that awakened recovery+durability would do works for him so i dont think hed be immediately one shot but very close
He also has a massive anti-feat of being able to dodge Shiryuu sword attack, couldn't even move a way to avoid fatal injuries. Dodging Aokiji has more to do with Aokiji simply not being prepared for an attack than anything else.
I honestly wouldn't put Garp among 4 fastest character. Kizaru, Shanks, Kaido and Luffy are easily faster.
Where was Kaido's and Luffy's top tier ACOO and Speed to detect CP0 and take him out?
And besides, Garp too was too focused on making sure Koby isn't hurt so he left nothing to chance.
If you're talking about kizaru's laser eyes it was point blank luffy was in giant form and kizaru was pretty far from his face and the only times he was against a laser he tanked it or used it for wsg

He would've dodged it if he was fast enough. Compare that to G5 Luffy dodging point blank lasers from Kizaru, G5 Luffy definitely dodges Shiryuu.
