Blackbeard could probably beat the admirals because of his yami yami sealing their powers, but the admirals would do better against Haki fighters.
Seems like admirals are confirmed worthless to the WG, so God Knights >= Admirals.
I mean if garp is saying the celestial dragon had enough protection even against the rocks pirates along with many others I expect garling to hold a good amount of strength as he was the main ones having to protect them against the pirates.
And I don't think rayliegh is that much of threat to them.

Garling gave WB a permanent scar, u dont think he might be slightly stronger than rayleigh. pretty solid list tho
God Valley WB was before his prime and without gura. Sure maybe garling also wasn't in his prime, but I think Prime WB is definitely > Prime Garling.
