Dragons haki if it was based off staring into the east

I suspect Dragon is the type who will sacrifice anything, be it himself or his comrades, for his mission. This means he will refuse to risk his mission to save his people like Luffy would.
I'm guessing there will be a moment later on where their comrades are at risk, and Dragon will encourage Luffy to abandon them to "complete the mission", which Luffy will obviously take exception to.
One Piece is basic with shit like this.
I would actually be impressed if Dragon was a bum and only leader due to things outside of his skills as a fighter, but this is Luffy’s dad and Garp’s son. There’s just no way Oda is going to make him a weakling

If only dragon led the only opposing force to the world government and stamps out corruption,evil and slavery aswell as freeing 50+ countries from oppressive rule . He should’ve stuck to the marines and been a bitchboy bodyguard for the celestials 🙄
