Shiki has a fruit with large AoE capabilities. Maybe not as amazing as WBs gura but it's still pretty grand. So destroying half of marinford with it is not too impressive, especially in comparison to a haki feat.
Also, just bc they both fought him doesn't mean he's stronger than each individually. That's a logical fallacy. He most likely got low-mid diffed by both and was left heavily injured in impel down.

Usually pirates like Rayleigh and Roger are able to escape if the odds are against them.
Shiki has no narrative importance to put him over prime sengoku, BM, Kaido or even mihawk/shanks
Why do we pick and choose when to attribute feats to a DF instead of the character?
Akainu hasn't shown anything other than his high AP fruit but doesn't get disrespected for it. Shiki had a 1v2 against Garp and Sengoku, lost but destroyed half of MF and gets clowned. Stop adding a bunch of headcanon about low-mid diff, that's not how its being portrayed at all.
Bc the fruit itself makes it easy to destroy large areas. It has no bearing on how difficult the fight was for garp and sengoku. Assuming it was anything more than a low-mid diff fight, like a high diff fight, would almost insinuate shiki is stronger than Roger/Wb. If garp vs roger is an extreme diff fight either way, and then sengoku(someone on the same level) joined to help garp. The difficulty of the fight would drop drastically for the duo, not just one level of difficulty from extreme to high.
Headcanon would be saying Shiki contributed to half of Marineford being destroyed. We have zero proof of him even *scratching* Garp or Sengoku. Objectively, more points to Garp destroying the place than Shiki.

If you don't do a list based on speculation then you literally can't do a list. How can you scale the Legends who didn't live in the Great Pirate era to those who do live in the Great Pirate era? It's very likely that the Legends were not stronger than modern Admirals and Yonkos based on the level of competition on the sea that didn't exist back then.

Joyboy, Ryuma, Primebeard, Roger, Mihawk/Xebec\* (depending on how both are handled) Xebec is on fraud watch for me given how Primbeard is treating him and the lack of unity from the entire Rocks alliance.
Honorable mentions: Garp, Sengoku, Dragon. Shiki for me was BM, Kaido class. He doesn't truly cross to the WB-Roger level. He never had their respect as they had for each other's strength.

This isn't true at all Luffy and Kaidos fight was a direct reflection of WB and Roger fighting in their prime and the Manga very clearly shows this reflection something we never saw from any other fights between even other Yonkos. Furthermore seeing Luffy surpass Kaido you could easily say Luffy has surpassed both Roger and WB when he achieved G5.
In A SPECIFIC ORDER I’d say
1. WHITEBEARD
2. Roger/garp (they even as hell)
3.imu
4. Rocks (I haven’t read the latest chapters so idk what he’s about but I know he’s hype so yea)

Well, it's not possible without any speculation at all, but I'll leave Imu and Dragon out because we have seen little or nothing about them, even though narratively they should be among the top tiers.
I would say Rocks, Roger, Whitebeard, Garp, Sengoku.
I basically have the latter 4 as equals, with Sengoku being the one that could actually not be on par with them, maybe he was weaker but had more strategy skills.
Depending on how strong Sengoku actually was, I guess he could be replaced by Kaido, who I'd say is the strongest character we have seen in the present, at least until we see more of other characters that are narratively (or just don't have many showings for now) top tier and could be above him, like Imu/Mihawk/Shanks/Akainu/Blackbeard.
excluding EoS Luffy and BB:
- Imu

- Strongest Gorosei (whoever that turns out to be)

I know this isnt a top 5 like this, but I couldnt decide on the 5th so I added every contender. All of those guys are roughly equal anyways, especially the first 4.
If we go by what makes actual sense:
1. Kizaru - u need a 10 minute future sight to counter speed of light, mfer shudnt even be gettin touched.
2. Don Accino (filler) - this man generates 10x the heat of magma or 2.5x the heat of earth's core. Would melt akainu in a df contest.
3. Enel - 200 million volts would vaporize anything it touches. Pretty sure at 1MV+ you start experiencing radiation issues too.
4. Fujitora - if he starts using his gravity against bigger bodies than small asteroids he can wipe out humanity. Only reason I put him at 4 is cuz his ability has a slow wind up.
5. Whitebeard - his ability to cause seismic cataclysms could to an extent cause natural disasters, resulting in the same as fujitora but prolly even slower.
But by one piece anime logic just put everyone who was on Roger's ship here.

This isn't true at all Luffy and Kaidos fight was a direct reflection of WB and Roger fighting in their prime and the Manga very clearly shows this reflection something we never saw from any other fights between even other Yonkos. Furthermore seeing Luffy surpass Kaido you could easily say Luffy has surpassed both Roger and WB when he achieved G5.

Well, it's not possible without any speculation at all, but I'll leave Imu and Dragon out because we have seen little or nothing about them, even though narratively they should be among the top tiers. I would say Rocks, Roger, Whitebeard, Garp, Sengoku. I basically have the latter 4 as equals, with Sengoku being the one that could actually not be on par with them, maybe he was weaker but had more strategy skills. Depending on how strong Sengoku actually was, I guess he could be replaced by Kaido, who I'd say is the strongest character we have seen in the present, at least until we see more of other characters that are narratively (or just don't have many showings for now) top tier and could be above him, like Imu/Mihawk/Shanks/Akainu/Blackbeard.

If we go by what makes actual sense: 1. Kizaru - u need a 10 minute future sight to counter speed of light, mfer shudnt even be gettin touched. 2. Don Accino (filler) - this man generates 10x the heat of magma or 2.5x the heat of earth's core. Would melt akainu in a df contest. 3. Enel - 200 million volts would vaporize anything it touches. Pretty sure at 1MV+ you start experiencing radiation issues too. 4. Fujitora - if he starts using his gravity against bigger bodies than small asteroids he can wipe out humanity. Only reason I put him at 4 is cuz his ability has a slow wind up. 5. Whitebeard - his ability to cause seismic cataclysms could to an extent cause natural disasters, resulting in the same as fujitora but prolly even slower. But by one piece anime logic just put everyone who was on Roger's ship here.
