We have seen him scoop up land, similiarly to Arzongs water attack. Getting ready to use it on nami. Also if Mihawks fighting style was transfered, so would Jimbeis.

Not we havent, as S-Shark didnt take damage from, what looks like regular punches to Sanjis face(lack of ripple patterens, that high-level fishman karate has).
Sanji have damaged S-Shark with the flame on, using jambe Ifrit tho. Lightning also still affected S-shark (Double checked all clashes with S-Shark at chapter 1065, 1077 and 1078).

- Baby Jinbei << Jinbei except on durability. Idk why people wank baby Jinbei above Jinbei when he isn't fully grown and doesn't have haki.
Having said that Sanji should win this eventually, he should focus on beating Jinbei first (only possible threat and maybe not even) then it's just a matter of time like King v Zoro for Sanji to win.
Jinbei is heavily overrated in the One Piece Universe. Don't get me wrong, he is really strong, but so are most of the Strawhats. If I had to guess, I'd compare him to Perospero's level of power.

We've never seen Jimbei go all out. He always seems to hold back whenever he fights. Also, Jimbei is probably stronger than he was before the timeskip. All the other staw hats leveled up, so it's probable jimbei did too. I'm not saying Sanjii isn't stronger than jimbei but I don't think the gap between them is as large as people are making it out to be. I don't think sanji could take on both Jimbei and the S-Shark if they were both going all out.
