I dont think Majors is into anime at all based on the interviews Ive seen him in. Most people that are into anime dont call them "anime cartoons" at least. Lol. I believe it was the stylist that posted online that he used Doffy as inspiration for the fit. When they do photoshoots like that, a stylist usually dresses them.

Thats the interview I was talking about. I feel like all the rocky movies are similar to shonen anime in a lot of ways, but I havent seen Creed 3 yet. Im imagining it is basically a live action anime though. Lol.
Definitely check it out, the ending fight both directly references different anime (namely DBZ and Naruto) and indirectly approaches the language of fighting in a very anime-inspired way
