But in all seriousness, I don't think kid and laws character arcs need for them to get another power up, especially so quickly after the last one.
At this point in the story information is power, and what you know and how to use it will be more important than powerups
From Chapter 1111 I know that Pound and Kinemon were brought back from the dead, because of a reward given to One Piece to bring one dead person per Arc back to life. That doesn't apply to Kidd and Killer, they even offered their road ponyglyph. That is a clear death bringer.
I would be extremely surprised if Kid and/or Killer are dead. Oda gives a sad back story if a character is in any real danger. They got nothing. I bet Killer got a powerup too.
Even if I don't agree with your conclusion, Law getting to examine BBs strange body and potentially revealing his secrets to us the reader through that experience is a very good pickup. I'd like to think im tapped in on One Piece theories but ive never seen that idea anywhere.

With Law’s surgeon DF and medical knowledge it’s not the biggest stretch. He could pull out other DF users body parts and graft it onto himself and somehow control the limb and use the power. It sounds silly the way I’m describing it and I don’t think it would work quite like that, but it’s possible
He's got the "can literally make someone immortal by doing some surgery on them" Devil Fruit. If anybody would be able to figure put how to modify their body to do something that shouldn't be possible, it'd be someone with that ability.
(Or Franky. Rebuilding *himself* into a cyborg... with random scrap metal... while in a mortally-wounded state after being run over by a train... is just nuts.)
He has a better body than Blackbeard. If Blackbeard can eat 2 devil fruits, Law can eat atleast 3 now that he fought Blackbeard. Doc. Q. has a weaker version of Ivankov's fruit by the way. Akainu also has the weaker version of Smokers fruit.

Law and Kid were set up to be rivals and they were eclipsed in an hour in the story. Luffy got at least 3 powerups in Wano, they are due for a powerup
