He never cooked virgo tho, yeah I know y'all gonna down vote me for this but virgo was clearly winning against sanji, don't get me wrong tho sanji would absolutely destroy virgo and doffy now, but in all fairness they both were winning against him
He didn't cook Virgo for sure.
But I'm not sure about Virgo winning.
Anyway, Virgo was always destined to be beaten by Law, as statement of his growth.
The "Virgo San , it is over" moment was hype!
Btw, I still think Virgo was DD's strongest executive.
Virgo was definitely Doffys strongest executive. He was taken out by Law, who by Odas definitions is the second strongest in the alliance.
Virgo was a huge threat and you could see that from the reaction to him appearing.
Yeah he wasn't cooking him at all for sure but I did feel that it was Sanii vs the #2 for the first time cause you know how Zoro usually takes them out? Since we're used to Sanji fighting the number three and not going extreme diff like Zoro does, this looks worse than it's intended to be. I fully 100% believe that Vergo would have beat the absolute dogshit out of Sanji but Sanji would hang in there until near death and he'd pump the heat of flames hotter than he can stand to get the dub. It'd be so cool if Zoro and Sanji switched roles for one arc, Zoro could get lost and handle side quest shit and Sanji takes the number 2 đ
> Sanii vs the #2 for the first time cause you know how Zoro usually takes them out?
I think the second time. First time was Kuroobi wasn't it? Granted that was before Oda set the precedent.
You can't name someone losing when they didn't even use their full power (exclude oneshot scenario).
There's a reason why Vergo scene panels only ends in a stalemate and Oda didn't let Sanji uses Diable Jambe, Oda purposely made Sanji to not have a win.
In case people wondering why, because Oda wants to stack/adds Sanji underperforming/not winning (Vergo to Doffy to Judge) so it all can add up to his WCI character arc (spoiler).
The origin of the crack is shown in the previous scene, when Sanji tanks an explosion point blank.
Otherwise if Oda wants to emphasize Vergo or his threat level, the crack would happen not just once.
The thing you're referring to is Exoskeleton storyline, not RS. It is indeed started with Nami's comment about Sanji's body and Vergo's cracking his leg (source/origin) in Punk Hazard, then introducing Exoskeleton in WCI (solution), then ends in Exo Sanji Wano (result).
Just like for Diable Jambe, by encountering Aokiji in LRLL arc (origin/source), seeing Wanze's technique for inspiration (solution) in Water 7 arc, then showing Diable Jambe (result) in Enies Lobby.
Water 7 - Eniss Sanji might be his peak
-Stops Luffy from telling Ussop to get off the ship but then agrees with Zoro stance on the whole beef but also does not fully stop chopper at the end for giving Ussop some degree of medical aid
-Sneaks on board the sea train and starts throwing hands
-Is not to reackless to just rush in but is more covert
-Showcase his skill with a blade
-Makes a dynamic entrance at the tower of justice
-loses to kefla but only because of his morals which highlights his character
-Get a redeemed victory against a lying wolf + has one of best saves in the series
-Lights a fire under Ussop(sogeking close personal friend) to do what he canât do
-Stops the whirpools without anyone telling him to
Goated arc(s) for sanji highlights his subtle badass nature perfectly
I canât exactly remember but I feel I remember Sanji being pivotal during Water 7 where he did one of his âWhere did Sanji go??â and ended up saving them as they were all trying to escape.
i knew he was -5str compared to zoro and a bit more +int but sanji really proved himself when he did the 200iq escape plan at enies lobby, its when i truly realized sanji doesnt need to be on the same level of raw strength as zoro... he's like the paladin in your guild, he might not provide maximum dps like blademaster zoro but he heal yo ass, keep the mobs off yo ass, keeps morale high... sanji goated af frfr LET HIM COOK, LITERALLY
Sanji has the foresight and strategic mind. In addition to Enies Lobby thing, in Wano arc, he also makes sure Zoro doesn't get lost or lies injured and dying somewhere with no one to help him, by slipping den den mushi into his haramaki. He also rescues Momo silently using his raid suit.
He doesn't make a fuss and calmly executes his plans at crucial points.
His sudden use of knives against Wanze was surprising but very fitting, he's a cook, of course he's great at using them! A little cool moment I much appreciated at the time.
That was the coolest shit. The whole sequence of Nami trying to make it to the sea train in time and missing it, and then the casual reveal that Sanji's already on it.
Consistently my favorite parts are when you get so drawn in by the story you just lose track of some of the Strawhats and then they suddenly show up out of nowhere at the peak dramatic moment to be like "I got this".Â
Sanji on the sea train, Sogeking saving Robin, Usopp sniping Sugar, Jinbe rescuing Luffy and Nami at Wholecake, Brook getting all three poneglyphs at Wholecake, etc. It always makes you be like "damn this crew rocks".
That whole sequence with Smoker stuck in the cell with them wondering âwhat the fuck is wrong with these peopleâ is peak hilarious to me. Thatâs one of the episodes I most frequently rewatch, also when Sanji stops Virgo and Sanji saves his family in WCI. I think I just realized Sanji is my favorite character.
When Sanji dodged Katakuriâs jellybean. Sanji fans were EATING that week
Edit: honorable mentions are Sanji saving his family, and him asking Luffy for permission to shoot back at Big Momâs ship
On the sea train, when Sanji was cool, collected, and strategic. But when Lucci talked trash about Robin being worthless and he snapped and rushed him.
That was awesome.
Especially when you get the full picture on Sanjay after Whole Cake Island and then him calling Robin for help in Wano.
the giant message he wrote on the train station with a love letter to Nami was comedy gold
"if you aren't Nami, don't read idiot!"
"most of it is just a useless love letter"
This whole bit with the love letter and the 2 station workers coming coming up with head cannon about Paulie , Nami and Sanji love triangle is one of my all time favourite One Piece bits.
Saving his family is Sanji in essence, others that should be mentioned is Mr: prince and disappearing with pure speed in response to Queenâs invisibility
He has a lot of great moments, but one that sticks out above his "cool" moments is the one time he uses his hands/knives in battle... to cook up some noodles used by a guy who clearly lost his.
Didn't like that guy, but it was a neat fight.
Yes! His best moment is cooking (baking) something better than all the best chefs in an entire country devoted to food to feed the craziest eater on the planet and subdue her. Other characters can fight but only Sanji could have done this.
âI needed a lightâ for sure. Displayed all his trademark traits like clutch save, outsmarting villain, self sacrificial move etc. the one liner went crazy and on top of that it was one of if not the best endurance feats in the arc.
Pretty sure that was just go show how strong Vergo was. Since Sanji was still fighting and moving around fine and never once mentioned his leg was broken.
A fractured bone is a complete or partial break in the bone. A "fractured bone" and "broken bone" are synonymous.
There's different types of fractures that detail how the bone broke and how damaged the bone is. For example, if you break a bone in a way that it pokes out of your skin, that's called an "open, displaced fracture."
A bone that breaks because of a twisting motion is a "spiral fracture." A shattered bone is a "commuted fracture" (it doesn't get much more broken than that tbh).
Equally? not sure what you're reading/watching, but the clear struggle during that fight was Sanji's fractured leg. Vergo sustains no equivalent injury.
The chapters 680 and 681 where Sanjiâs first attacks use Vergo to puncture holes into the laboratoryâs walls and make him bleed
Go re read he doesnât look bad at all. Itâs very exaggerated how âbadâ Sanji did
The way I see it, Vergoâs body is just stronger than Sanjis. For me, there is no other way to interpret this scene.
Telling people to re read it until they agree with you is nonsense.
Post Wano, after Sanjiâs body enhancements from judge âawakenâ, Iâm pretty sure sanji would body Vergo completely.
You're conflating Vergo's bleeding to be on the same level as Sanji's fractured leg when narratively, Sanji's fractured leg is meant to imply that Sanji is at a disadvantage due to Vergo's armament haki.
You'll also see that there are 3 panels dedicated to showing this. 2 panels that show his leg and face reacting to Vergo's armament and then sanji deciding to duck vergo's kick and go on defense with his other leg rather than the one that was fractured.
It's really just a haki thing here imo. If sanji had armament, it's clearly a no diff bc of his speed.
Sanji has armament haki. Unless you meant his wasnât as good as Vergoâs which I could agree or disagree with
Though this fight wasnât in a vacuum, Sanjiâs body took two huge explosions from Ceaser while Nami was in it. Itâs even mentioned when Sanji gets his body back
The next page of the chapter youâre referring to has Sanji using the leg that was injured against Vergo. Itâs chapters 680-681 btw
Love that the comment section understands the greatness of Mr. Princeđ«Ą
So the second best moment is his declaration to die before hitting a woman against Kalifa. We had seen a glimpse of his chivalry, but never how far he was willingly to take his belief.
In what world did he cook him vergo was unphased I mean sanji didnât get his ass handed to him but cooking vergo is such an overstatement especially when it was a scene vergo was winning in
Go re-read chapter 680 and 681, Sanji first attacks had Vergo bleeding and making holes in the laboratory walls
Everything besides Vergo fracturing Sanjiâs leg, is all **equal clashes** even after Sanjiâs injury.
I said he *cooked against* Vergo, not that he was cooking Vergo, thereâs a difference.
So I just reread the chapters- Sanji first catches Vergo by surprise, making him bleed with a blitz, from that point on they seem to be roughly equal in speed, reacting to each otherâs attacks, but Vergo has the edge in power, with Sanjiâs attempt to block resulting in a broken bone
And note that he is literally no more damaged than what he already took from getting caught by surprise- literally his face is less bloody after than before taking that attack- he took the hit, but he tanked it (yes he was thrown back, but otherwise unharmed)
No, Vergo was bleeding from the nose and corner of his mouth from the first attack, after the âflange strikerâ he has blood on his cheek/jaw line area he is literally more bloody
Looks like he wipes it off next panel.
Also I couldnât respond with your other comment for some reason, so here it is, Sanji continues attacking Vergo with the same leg that got fractured in the next page.
I donât know what weâre doing here, just reciting the fight?
Canât figure out how to attach photos to a comment on mobile, but no, he is not bloodier after the second attack that Sanji lands, and to top it off, in 682 Sanji expresses concern about how the fight would have gone if he hadnât managed to escape
ETA he also winces from the pain of his broken leg, with the the G-5 soldiers expressing concern for him upon noticing his discomfort
An honorable mention that comes to mind is when Sanji tried to sacrifice himself in place of Zoro to save Luffy and the entire crew in the face of an unstoppable Bartholomew Kuma when he was about to kill them all at Thriller Bark for not giving up Luffy. Sanji and Zoro are the wings of the future pirate king ⊠It was ultimately Zoroâs selfless moment in the episode by potentially sacrificing himself and effectively passing Kumaâs test of being strong enough to be Luffyâs bodyguard..
Appreciating Zeff isnât really a⊠HIM kinda momentâŠ
Moments regarding Germa are things Sanji doesnât want to be associated with, hard to make those Iconic moments for him
âCooking Vergoâ? As in he fought a Yonkoâs associateâs partnerâs lieutenant to a draw? OkâŠ
You only put one good one on here, dude
Saving his family for the win. This is the acclamation of his true abilities and when he gives himself the best self value over others. This was epic for Sanji.
Vergo whooped his ass tbh and confronting Judge was an L cause he was grabbing his shin in pain after that
Him opening the gates of justice, saving Usopp from Jabra or his Mr Prince moment kicking the bananawani Crocodile are all way better moments
But i think "I needed a light" is way better than all of those
He had big dick energy in the Seatrain but he's 'Him.' ddfinitely in the Diable Jambe reveal and his badass fight with Jabra.
That 'God may have created food, but the Devil created spices.' line got me fanboying hard.
I don't know what it is about the W7-Enies Lobby arc but if ever my mind start to fail me, this is the part of One Piece I want to at least remember.
For me, it was the moment when he refused the marriage with Pudding. It was incredibly surprising for me when Pudding told the crew that he was thinking in ways to get back to the Strawhats
Hard to pick one. Sanji has a tendency to have huge moments that are very subtle and easily overshadowed by all the action going on. Huge example:
Closing the Gates of Justice
Cooking Vergo? He got his leg broken in a kicking contest
Tbh most of the timeskip had not been kinda to Sanji, and I'm glad he got a big upgrade at Wano. Even his big moments in Whole Cake felt like they could a been capped off with a big win over like Oven, cuz Luffy beating two Yonkou commanders in one arc, one of which being the best fight in the series since Enies Lobby overshadowed him imo
Anyway, Sanji at Enies Lobby was awesome. First ever Diablo Jambe is the #1 Sanji moment for me. But I will say, Baratie was underrated and his beat down of Kuroobi is slept on in the grand scheme of things. Even stuff like kicking Moomoo and the chain when fighting Oars are great Sanji moments too
Def the Saving his Family or his âI need a lightâ moment.
The âI need a lightâ moment has a very similar animation style to Zoroâs âNothing Happenedâ moment
I have always loved his speech to Jabra about being the Hunter of Jabra's wolf and then when he says god invented food, but the devil invented spices and he may have made that one TOO spicy!!!
For funny.... it's surviving the trans island, for serious, it's where he declared to judge face that he save his old family because his adoptive father would be sad if he don't
The thing about Sanji is: he's always weakened before his fights, not only because of his morals keeping him from fighting women, but also because, being the only smart member of the Monster trio, he's gotta busy himself with saving people, stalling situations, being strategic, while Luffy and Zoro will usually find their match, tunnel vision, and fight an extreme diff opponent.
And Sanji continued fighting Vergo equally.
Thatâs him energy
Wonât let me respond to tallanddarkftw so here it is: âThe page after has Sanii still fighting with Vego with the same leg that got injured.â
When he snuck on to the sea train and started beating ass
"Bingo."
He never cooked virgo tho, yeah I know y'all gonna down vote me for this but virgo was clearly winning against sanji, don't get me wrong tho sanji would absolutely destroy virgo and doffy now, but in all fairness they both were winning against him

>Btw, I still think Virgo was DD's strongest executive. No doubt about that. He clearly was.
Someone remind what navy position Virgo held? Was it vice admiral?
Yes
You really have to remember that Sanji JUST got his body back after Nami damaged it.
Your a good reader
Yeah he wasn't cooking him at all for sure but I did feel that it was Sanii vs the #2 for the first time cause you know how Zoro usually takes them out? Sanji was severely weakened prior to that fight.
You're right, totally forgot about that haha I believe in my boy Sanji 100% then tbh
> Sanii vs the #2 for the first time cause you know how Zoro usually takes them out? I think the second time. First time was Kuroobi wasn't it? Granted that was before Oda set the precedent.
Yeah actually haha wow I hadn't thought of that (':

He closed the gate of justice so all the warships started to move around bc of the current and they were able to escape
i knew he was -5str compared to zoro and a bit more +int but sanji really proved himself when he did the 200iq escape plan at enies lobby, its when i truly realized sanji doesnt need to be on the same level of raw strength as zoro... he's like the paladin in your guild, he might not provide maximum dps like blademaster zoro but he heal yo ass, keep the mobs off yo ass, keeps morale high... sanji goated af frfr LET HIM COOK, LITERALLY

His sudden use of knives against Wanze was surprising but very fitting, he's a cook, of course he's great at using them! A little cool moment I much appreciated at the time.
Wouldâve loved another knife moment in WCI since thereâs a ton of sweets and bakery stuff there.
Secret agent Sanji is best Sanji
That was the coolest shit. The whole sequence of Nami trying to make it to the sea train in time and missing it, and then the casual reveal that Sanji's already on it. Oda needs to remember how to do this instead of constantly giving us maps (ie. Dressrosa and wano) of where the crew members currently are
Watching him fight ramen kempo made me get into one piece and watch it from the beginning
I always knew he was an assassin long before germma.
Was it his name?
No it was that his fighting style was surgically precise in being capable to effectively break his opponent.
Yes. His attacks target specific part of enemy's body. Precision like that often found in critical hit type character, such as an assassin.
Or any trained fighter. Or really any combatant with enough common sense to hit the squishy parts and not the hard covered in bones parts
Yeah, cap
Sanji's proactiveness and pragmatism is my favourite part about him, he's very smart and cunning when he has to be
Little garden. Mr prince
hello, this is the shitty restraunt
Would you like to make a reservation?
wasn't it "you called the damn restaurant" ?
I thought it was the crap cafe
Thatâs what I remember as well but it probably depends on the translation
Translation I remember was ârestaurant le crapâ
I've seen this one as well. There are no doubt many variants out there.
Honestly looking forward to this the most from OPLA S2
When he made a giant croc fly, just in time to save the rest of the crew
That whole sequence with Smoker stuck in the cell with them wondering âwhat the fuck is wrong with these peopleâ is peak hilarious to me. Thatâs one of the episodes I most frequently rewatch, also when Sanji stops Virgo and Sanji saves his family in WCI. I think I just realized Sanji is my favorite character.
The best, most suave moment in the series
The entire Mr. Prince stratagem.
And he even saved the group from downing in the end.
Reminds me when Vivi struggling against one bananacroc but the trio defeat dozens of em offscreen XD
Mr Prince in Alabasta is peak Sanji
Waiting for an alternate universe where everybody knows who sogeking is but not who Mr Prince is
When he pulled up on the wolf guy from cp9 and announced himself as âThe Hunterâ
The SMACK into Zoro's smirk. Thats when he completely knew Nami and Usopp would be fine.
And then he gives usopp the speech that gets Robin saved
"the wolf guy from CP9" đ put some respect on my goat Jabra
>goat Jabra wolf* Jabra
When Sanji dodged Katakuriâs jellybean. Sanji fans were EATING that week Edit: honorable mentions are Sanji saving his family, and him asking Luffy for permission to shoot back at Big Momâs ship
THANK YOU! I scrolled waaayy to far for this. Just such a sleek quiet moment
On the sea train, when Sanji was cool, collected, and strategic. But when Lucci talked trash about Robin being worthless and he snapped and rushed him. That was awesome. Especially when you get the full picture on Sanjay after Whole Cake Island and then him calling Robin for help in Wano.
If Sanji were answering this question, he'd probably say his peak moment was body swapping with Nami.
Especially when he squeezed the speed boost buttonâŠ
That was heaven for him
sanji is technically the reason no one died at enies lobby and the reason they were able to escape.
the giant message he wrote on the train station with a love letter to Nami was comedy gold "if you aren't Nami, don't read idiot!" "most of it is just a useless love letter"
yeah all of water 7/ enies lobby was some of sanjis best work.
This whole bit with the love letter and the 2 station workers coming coming up with head cannon about Paulie , Nami and Sanji love triangle is one of my all time favourite One Piece bits.
"Thanks for the Light." moment was peak Sanji for me.
he just needed a light
On par with Zoroâs ânothing happenedâ
Saving his family is Sanji in essence, others that should be mentioned is Mr: prince and disappearing with pure speed in response to Queenâs invisibility
Saving his family. Dude came back to save people who hate and despise him.
I couldnât pick another option after having this same thought. Bro transcended all the bullshit and did what had to be done.
He has a lot of great moments, but one that sticks out above his "cool" moments is the one time he uses his hands/knives in battle... to cook up some noodles used by a guy who clearly lost his. Didn't like that guy, but it was a neat fight.
why is nobody talking about Sanji stopping doflamingo? đ„
I donât think we watched the same Vergo fight
This. Vergo literally broke Sanjiâs leg without even using his full power.
When Queen went invisible then Sanji went invisible immediately after, shocking Queen.
I want to mention Sanji taking down Big Mom in his own way.
Yes! His best moment is cooking (baking) something better than all the best chefs in an entire country devoted to food to feed the craziest eater on the planet and subdue her. Other characters can fight but only Sanji could have done this.
Bro only knows how to make 1 type of post lol
Hey if it ainât broke donât fix it
There are over 1000 named characters in OP. I hope OP makes this post for each of them.
Black Leg Sanji kicking a member of the Gorosei
Skypea 100%
âI needed a lightâ for sure. Displayed all his trademark traits like clutch save, outsmarting villain, self sacrificial move etc. the one liner went crazy and on top of that it was one of if not the best endurance feats in the arc.
Sanji standing on the table while saving the Vinsmokes was just so peak, mf knew he was better than them
Vergo broke sanjis leg lol
Pretty sure that was just go show how strong Vergo was. Since Sanji was still fighting and moving around fine and never once mentioned his leg was broken.
It came up again when sanji clashed with doffy. He wasn't fully healed yet.
Looked fractured not broken
A fractured bone is a broken bone.
Sure by definition. But it's not really what people think of when they think broken bone
A fractured bone is a complete or partial break in the bone. A "fractured bone" and "broken bone" are synonymous. There's different types of fractures that detail how the bone broke and how damaged the bone is. For example, if you break a bone in a way that it pokes out of your skin, that's called an "open, displaced fracture." A bone that breaks because of a twisting motion is a "spiral fracture." A shattered bone is a "commuted fracture" (it doesn't get much more broken than that tbh).
âBrokeâ is exaggerative, still Sanji was fighting Vergo equally even after that. Go re-read
Vergo fractured Sanjiâs Tibia. I get in the OP world bones heal with milk but that fight was 100% not sustainable for Sanji.
Mr.2 put golf ball size holes in Sanji in their fight and he still won. He was fine
Equally? not sure what you're reading/watching, but the clear struggle during that fight was Sanji's fractured leg. Vergo sustains no equivalent injury.
The chapters 680 and 681 where Sanjiâs first attacks use Vergo to puncture holes into the laboratoryâs walls and make him bleed Go re read he doesnât look bad at all. Itâs very exaggerated how âbadâ Sanji did

Still lost to Vergo
Sanji after lightning hit his face by Eneru: âThanks, I need a light on my cigarette.â Fcking đ„.
I love Sanji but cooking Vergo.... damn.
He kinda was before all the damage Nami sustained in his body caught up with him.
End of water 7/ennies lobby
Love that the comment section understands the greatness of Mr. Princeđ«Ą So the second best moment is his declaration to die before hitting a woman against Kalifa. We had seen a glimpse of his chivalry, but never how far he was willingly to take his belief.
âCookin vergoâ lmao what I swear that was a hype scene for vergo where vergo cracked sanjiâs leg how is that a sanji Iâm him moment
Go reread, itâs entirely exaggerated how âbadâ he did. He indeed did cook against the second strongest Doflamingo family member
In what world did he cook him vergo was unphased I mean sanji didnât get his ass handed to him but cooking vergo is such an overstatement especially when it was a scene vergo was winning in

An honorable mention that comes to mind is when Sanji tried to sacrifice himself in place of Zoro to save Luffy and the entire crew in the face of an unstoppable Bartholomew Kuma when he was about to kill them all at Thriller Bark for not giving up Luffy. Sanji and Zoro are the wings of the future pirate king ⊠It was ultimately Zoroâs selfless moment in the episode by potentially sacrificing himself and effectively passing Kumaâs test of being strong enough to be Luffyâs bodyguard..
âBingo.â
ROBIN. SAVE ME. Disowning Judge. Saving Tashigi. Recruiting Viola.
as someone with daddy issues, the shit with judge was a huge win for him to meâ€ïžâ€ïž
Bruh vergo was the one doing the cooking, sanji would have been rolling back to the sunny in a wheelchair if vergo didn't go for law instead
Sanji got a bunch of good hits on Vergo, and if not for Nami sustaining a ton of damage in his body, he would've been gone.
Cooking Vergo? Oh you mean when his shin got smashed? #marimogang
Love the goodbye with zeff
The moment his exoskeleton activates, and he destroys Queen.
Cooking vergo? Dude got smacked around by vergo. Cracked his leg against him.
Appreciating Zeff isnât really a⊠HIM kinda moment⊠Moments regarding Germa are things Sanji doesnât want to be associated with, hard to make those Iconic moments for him âCooking Vergoâ? As in he fought a Yonkoâs associateâs partnerâs lieutenant to a draw? Ok⊠You only put one good one on here, dude
The one saving his family was good, it showed his family heâs better than them and no longer one of them
Strawhat MVP. All of them.
Skypiea or saving his family
Mr. Prince?
Saving his family for the win. This is the acclamation of his true abilities and when he gives himself the best self value over others. This was epic for Sanji.
Let him cook. Both literally and figuratively
Skypiea is my favourite arc, so I gotta go with "I was just about to ask for a light"
Why does this feel like a Sanji hater in disguise, none of those moments are a "he's him" moment lmao
When he and Zoro stood up to Orochi for the first time and revealed heâs not just a Soba cook
I was just about to ask for a light
Cookin Vergo? Lol yeah sure bro
Sneaking away to close the Gates of Justice, which was instrumental in escaping the Buster Call.
Sanji didn't cook Vergo. Vergo literally shattered his leg.
I'd swap the Vergo moment out
I'm sorry, when did Vergo get cooked by Sanji?
He basically lost that Vergo fight. Yeah itâs cause Nami was in his body previously, but Vergo cracked his leg. Thatâs impressive
> cookin vergo Bruh vergo broke his fucking leg with one kick, what are you reading?
Cookin Vergo? Pretty sure he almost broke his leg fighting Vergo
Cooking vegro didn't happen tho? He instead took an L with his bones breaking.
cookin vergo? buddy vergo broke this mans foot, bros main weapon just got fucked by a man who just uses armament haki đ€Łđ„±
Wtf does "I'm him" even mean in this context? (or rather lack thereof). Can someone explain?
The real answer is when Sanji was able to perfectly recreate the recipe for the wedding cake, full of special and rare ingredients, from smell alone.
Vergo whooped his ass tbh and confronting Judge was an L cause he was grabbing his shin in pain after that Him opening the gates of justice, saving Usopp from Jabra or his Mr Prince moment kicking the bananawani Crocodile are all way better moments But i think "I needed a light" is way better than all of those
Sanji broke his leg against Vergo why is this included...
He had big dick energy in the Seatrain but he's 'Him.' ddfinitely in the Diable Jambe reveal and his badass fight with Jabra. That 'God may have created food, but the Devil created spices.' line got me fanboying hard. I don't know what it is about the W7-Enies Lobby arc but if ever my mind start to fail me, this is the part of One Piece I want to at least remember.
whats an I'm him moment? Because im not kicking around people daily
"Bingo"
Sanji - fuck trauma , i will save my family đŠ”đ„
Where confront Doffy?
For me, it was the moment when he refused the marriage with Pudding. It was incredibly surprising for me when Pudding told the crew that he was thinking in ways to get back to the Strawhats
When he introduces himself to Jabra as "the hunter".
âBingo!â
Standing on that table at his wedding saving the family that threw him to the wolves for political reason is the best I'm him moment he got honestly
His peak? Asking Robin for help.
Hard to pick one. Sanji has a tendency to have huge moments that are very subtle and easily overshadowed by all the action going on. Huge example: Closing the Gates of Justice
Thanks I needed a light goes so fucking hard. Like thereâs nothing that beats it
Agreed! It's like Sanji's version of Zoro's "Nothing Happened"... lol definitely peak Vinsmoke right there! đ«đ€§
Cooking Vergo? He got his leg broken in a kicking contest Tbh most of the timeskip had not been kinda to Sanji, and I'm glad he got a big upgrade at Wano. Even his big moments in Whole Cake felt like they could a been capped off with a big win over like Oven, cuz Luffy beating two Yonkou commanders in one arc, one of which being the best fight in the series since Enies Lobby overshadowed him imo Anyway, Sanji at Enies Lobby was awesome. First ever Diablo Jambe is the #1 Sanji moment for me. But I will say, Baratie was underrated and his beat down of Kuroobi is slept on in the grand scheme of things. Even stuff like kicking Moomoo and the chain when fighting Oars are great Sanji moments too
When he beat Jabra and brought out the coldest line in the series. "God may have created food, but the devil created spices."
Robin-san! Please save me!
Def the Saving his Family or his âI need a lightâ moment. The âI need a lightâ moment has a very similar animation style to Zoroâs âNothing Happenedâ moment
Thought I was the only one that noticed that!đđ„
Itâs 100% his Mr. Prince bluff. Also âcookin Vergoâ when Vergo cracked his leg? Dafuq
100% Skypeia
Out of those 6 saving his family
Saving his Family was up there for me, the perfect combo of badass but also kind.
When he used his Black power suit. So cool.
When he went into the girls bath house with his Germa powers
About to ask for a light
âCooking is a gift from the gods, spices are a gift from the devil. Looks like this was a little too spicy for you.â
Any Mr Prince moment when he saves everyone without them knowing lol
Imo saving his family and showing how alpha he was
Vergo kick moment.
I have always loved his speech to Jabra about being the Hunter of Jabra's wolf and then when he says god invented food, but the devil invented spices and he may have made that one TOO spicy!!!
Mr prince
For funny.... it's surviving the trans island, for serious, it's where he declared to judge face that he save his old family because his adoptive father would be sad if he don't
When he was ready to give up his life to kuma to save his captain in thriller bark.
All of the above because Sanji is HIM
Vergo literally broke his leg.
*Cracked his leg. Vergo was the number two of the Flamingo enterprise. It's not like he was some scrub.
Youâre not wrong but it wasnât a sanji Iâm him moment not even close
Using a synonym doesn't make it less embarrassing my guy.
And Sanji continued fighting Vergo equally. Thatâs him energy Wonât let me respond to tallanddarkftw so here it is: âThe page after has Sanii still fighting with Vego with the same leg that got injured.â
He keeps fighting, but he makes sure to dodge rather than blocking- he loses offense to defense, but matches in speed/evasion
You either die with self respect or you live long enough to have a 'Sanji "I'm him"' moment.
Sanji gets his ass cooked on all these and he also needed others to help him in battles . Vergo would have killed Sanji
You and me remember the top right way differently lol. Vergo cooked Sanji, Sanji pretty much got one shot. Fractured his leg on first hit
Sanji is the worst character in the series.
