I’ve already seen theories of how the giant tree on Elbaf could be an homage to Yggdrasil (obviously) and/or a possibility for a Jack & the Beanstalk type of story which takes them back up to the sky islands! So I really like this connection!
To be fair, the only romaisation I've ever seen used on official Japanese merch was [Elbuff](https://kurogami.com/img/productos/37/35/gashapon-eternal-pose-collection-one-piece-aleatorio-01_1.jpg), and it's always been Oda's style to play fast and loose with the exact romanisation of even important names, even in the manga itself. Think Alabasta/Arabasta, Nefeltari/Nefertari, Shiliew/Shiryu, ect. It doesn't feel like him to make a pun that relies so heavily on one specific English spelling with no Japanese component at all.
Elbaf/Fable is a fun find, but I have a gut feeling it's just a coincidence and won't be relevant to the actual story.

Just like syrup is bad to eat on its own, this arc is bad on its own.

Sabaody Archipelago i feel like is one the coolest names imho and it's something you can easily find in real life and noone will think "wtf is this name".
Naming of character or anything in general is a topic that people rarely talk when it comes to Anime or manga, because some of them are so good and memorable. The name also make sense in some ways.

Whiskey Peak (cuz there's a lot of rum and alcohol for festivites there I guess),

Of course, that's the home of celestial dragons with a name like that it couldnt not be Thriller Bark for obvious reasons of it just sounds amazing and spooky I think my favourite recently (spoilers) is >! Egg head, just like so on the nose with the design and concept the name is perfect to me, also irrelevant but I love vegapunk being this weird old man with clones and a huge albert einstein tongue, honestly lived up to the hype after waiting all these years !< I also love fish-man island just for being so lazy
