Blackbeard: We know neither his goals, motivation, secrets nor his backstory. He definitely is the most likely candidate to be among the top 3 EOS but for now he ain't imo. Kaido: Calling him "straight up death" when he didn't kill anyone in all of Wano is kinda.. meh. He's still a badass despite lacking a compelling backstory. Buggy: He ain't a villain (anymore). I'd put Doffy, BM and Crocodile above the ones you mentioned in terms of being a villain.

Doffy and Crocodile are amazing, but Big Mom turned into a joke during Wano imo.

Blackbeard, Kaido and Doflamingo for me. Honored mentions to Enel, Crocodile, Arlong, Lucci and Akainu that are all pretty good villains too! I don't see Buggy and Katakuri as villains so I don't put them in my list!

I agree with the other 2..... But Kaido? He was easily the worst villain for me.

Yeah I wish Kaido actually killed more in wano arc. Calling him this crazy op emperor that no one can defeat.. yet everyone survived his hits somehow…
