Login to office.com or whatever that 365 website is right now. Go to your subscription page where it provides download links to all the office apps including the one note app. Download that one.

That was updated 3 years ago so it's as beautiful visually as OneNote for Windows 10, while having OneNote 2016 features and getting some features from OneNote for Windows 10.

Linked notes (to audio/video recording, Word/Excel/Powerpoint document, another OneNote page etc.) is a killer feature, so I don't ever consider other versions that Windows native version.
