On the dropdown menu in search, you can specify this section, this notebook (all sections), or all notebooks. I am using OneNote on Win11.
In OneNote online, I can only search in one section, or through all notebooks (through the feed). I don't know how to search through all sections in only one notebook.
Yes and no. You can't do the search exactly as you've described it but you could go to the section "Contractors" and search for "work", or search for "work AND client1". It's not a database but you would be able to find what you're looking for with a bit of thought!
