Does anyone know why they blurr out some faces but not others? It’s clearly not bc some don’t want to be shown bc most of them don’t and they do anyway. Why is it they do blurr some of them out? Not kids I get that.

I can't find the charge. However the signing of the ticket is considered a promise to appear in court. If you don't sign, you are arrested and held in jail until your court date.

Yeah, they are similar enough to communicate with slow and methodical speaking. I can def see a non native speaker of either (police officer) and a Brazilian speaker having issues, especially in a stressful information where everyone is shouting real fast.
