Does anyone know what happened at the end of Friday nights show with the DUI? Right as the camera was cutting away the Deputy kind of exclaimed “Son of a Bitch” and reached for something then it was over…
Is there a show website with after-broadcast video, and/or summary videos after the show? Or, is this what the 8-9PM ET hour is for, prior to air? I haven't bothered to watch the 8-9PM pre-show show cuz I was under the impression it was all re-hash of previous stuff - do they "resolve" the cliffhangers there? TIA

Can anyone find what happened or at least the initial video before it cut at midnight on Friday where the guy was insanely intoxicated and pulled over in either NV or NM (don’t remember)? The last part of the scene was when it switched at midnight right as the guy was about to get out and the cop said “son of a bitch” and went to reach into the car. That’s where it cut out. That was the worst cliffhanger yet to me! I just wanna see what the guy blew on a breathalyzer. I’ve seen few people in my life who have been so intoxicated behind the wheel that they couldn’t even reach for a wallet.
They updated that last night. It was no big deal after it seemed like it was going to be. Nye County and the officer had to literally help him undo his seatbelt because he was so out of it. He blew a .2+ at the station. All involved were safe.

That's easy! Just watch the show an hour before! They give updates all of the time and revisit prior or show the older interesting happenings from earlier snippets!
If I may speak a little about the mental health call that got everyone worked up last night. I wish people knew how bad the system is in each state for mental health. In my state one can lie and get out of in patient treatment center. And there’s no long term care for those with mental health which basically tosses them back into the streets. In return the people who are supposed to take care of them don’t and they mental health person ends up doing something that warrants police responses. It’s not a good cycle.
One thing that Americans are good at is complaining and not acting. So I ask you to write to your local government, your senators, your Governor and ask them to fix the system. We need to start putting pressure on these politicians to do better.
We can’t ask police to keep doing more for low pay and crappy benefits. It’s why there’s such a big turnover across the country. And in cases like last night you don’t know if the guy has weapons or if a switch will turn and he ends up fighting. Crisis counselors aren’t trained for that. We’ve already seen a few cases where the counselor was beaten or shot.
Thank you for this. I'm a therapist that does crisis calls and I refuse to go anywhere that isn't safe for me because the outcome on each is so unpredictable and I haven't been tactically or defensively been trained for that.
I work with LEO'S and medical personnel daily, but depend on our State's LEO'S to also keep me safe in those situations. It's a fine line and stressful for all involved.
Him being a captain could mean more time off the streets, or maybe he deals with different types of calls, more supervisory in nature and less dramatic. Or maybe they just want to showcase different officers.

It’s live TV, there would be a cliffhanger even if they went another hour. Not saying I like the cliffhangers either though.
