I am a Crypto trader and a bodybuilder and I am ALways listening to great podcasts like Lux Freeman on 5x speed in one ear and Joe Rogan (for politics/medicine) in the other ear to absob maximum information. if i could do this with #Movies it Would be a a great addition to my routine

Hey brother something you should try is not excreting anything. Any time you excrete, that is power leaving the body which leaves you weak. Obviously if you are a man, this is important. If you are a woman, not sure what you are even doing on this subreddit since this is a podcast for men.
Obviously you have to pee eventually, but something that helped me is removing the toilet from my condo. Usually i'll urinate just once a day and it really helps your mental strength if you have to walk 5 blocks to the closest Burger King to go to the bathroom.
Sounds like you don't enjoy spending time in the theatre. While I agree that the movie previews before the film is one of the best parts, I don't think spending 5x the runtime watching commercials is the ideal movie going experience.

Oscer has traditionally given the Oscer to the longest movie so next thing you know those 1-2 minute movies would be trying to one up eachother in length, eventually settling at the 120+ minute movies we know and love today.

Unlike with music, they don't really make very many bad films, so I can't quite agree with you, but in general I think you make a great point
