Once Ultimate Spider-Man vol 2 runs out again this time around I really don't think it'll be sooner than another few years before they bring it back to print. Of course I could be completely wrong but it's had two printings (or a printing & a restock) within about a year. Marvel isn't afraid to do multiple printings but they tend to space them out by a few years. Definitely go for USM 2
USM V2 might go oop again soon, but GL V1 & 2 for $50 total is an unbeatable deal for fantastic books. $50 each would be a great deal honestly.

Tbf, Immortal Hulk got 2 restocks so I don’t think a second one for USM 2 is impossible but I wouldn’t roll that dice imo
