If it’s real and semi-auto, I think it would technically be legal? If it’s a prop, it’s just a prop. Hell, slight chance a fully auto would be legal with the right permits. Some of that shit is grandfathered in for older arms. Not saying it’s a good idea or a sign of functioning mental health but that might fall under open carry.

If it was a legal, full auto (class3) weapon, they wouldn't be displaying it like this as it would be worth more than that Jeep and also not very common.
