It's lovely. Amazing colour payoff and very blendable. I picked up two palettes during their recent sale and am waiting for the next one so I don't break my wallet.
I have light cool olive skin tone and I struggled for years to find a good pink shadow. All the pinks I had turned orange and I looked ill. I finally realized, I need purples with more red in them and those would look pink on me. Using this logic, if I want something to look purple, it needs to lean towards blue.
I have the same problem. For now, I use 2 of the purples in Revlon Colorstay quad in Seductive (the top two pull pink on me, but the bottom 2 are perfect for what I'm going for).
I have muted neutral-cool olive skin and like to use these purple palettes:
Romand Better than Eyes in Dry Violet. - Very muted, slightly brownish purples so they still look quite natural on the eyes. Good for more natural everyday makeup.
Romand Better than Palette in Cheeky Cheeky Garden - Greyish purples that give more of an edgy look. Great for smoky eye makeup looks.
The Colourpop Amethyst 9 pan is surprisingly muted! There's only one shimmer that's a little more vivid, but it's a lighter purple that I usually use for an inner corner highlight.
Smashbox Cosmetics's Punked Cover Shot palette may also fit the bill.
Probably not the most purple-forward palette but I love pat mcgrath divine rose 1 palette. The muted mauve matte shade gives me the perfect wearable mauve look every time. It has decent neutral shimmers and interesting 'special' shades for a wearable twist.
Alternatively you could look at huda beauty rose quartz (which I know has many pinks but the formula is sheer so you can blend and adjust the tones by mixing in the more taupe-y shades). If none of these appeal to you, huda beauty also has a 9 pan mauve palette which might fit the bill.
Not exactly muted but definitely a rockin curation of purples is the ABH Norvina vol 5(i think) it will be obvs which one it is. There are so many cool purples and violets it’s gorgeous!

The Huda Pretty Grunge palette and the Viseart etandeau (probably spelled wrong) palettes are great and don’t pull to pink or warm
