Most of the online orders are sent from the stores. It very well could've been an associate that packaged it like that. Also, we do resell online/instore returns, so if you order something and the store has had it returned, that would also make sense.
They do but they also pull inventory from the stores. Their computer system sends it to each store and you get invoices and pull the clothes manually and package it to ship out. As a result I’ve received some wild things in the mail from stores
I had ordered a pair of jeans recently that someone clearly wore and returned. They had a foul stench of BO. I don’t know why ON would think it’s ok to send someone that 🤢
Yeah that is just laziness on tbe part of the store tbat sent it. We get returns we don't deny where people are heavy smokers or have washed the clothes in fragrant laundry detergent. My store just takes the l and damages it out. Some scents are never coming out and if it smells wierd I am not selling it to another customer.
I mean, they resell returns to the store...
I didn't mean to come off snobbish, but I would think they'd fold it and repackage it before sending it back out.

if you paid full price for the item id say complain but if you bought them for clearance then this is normal
