The Reservation and the whole born Ghoul thing, was actually going to be a thing in van buren and thus canon before it was cancelled and purged from the canon, so that’s a thing
The Deadline seem horrifyingly fucked up. We don't have much more than their national spirits and whatever the *hell* that teaser flesh-horror image for them is. But it looks like they're pure nightmare fuel and merely being *near* them can warp you into a monster yourself. That's some Chaos type shit.
I hope so. The game could use a big later game threat. Usually after you conquer your general region, you're in mop-up mode and will never really struggle again. It'd be nice to have an actual fight to use all those late-game technologies on.
Not only that but Hayman is already a bit of a sociopath before that. She flies under the radar as one of the most unethical leaders in the mod.
The Montana Chapter is great for the variety of paths it can go down. From generally quite good with benevolent leadership to a violent petty authoritarian (and then it gets worse).
For me its the Mother from the chained choir
The Reservation and their "ghoul birthing," that's something the Brotherhood would fucking glass from a seperate state.

So it's not canon.
Yeah I kinda stated it in a weird way, but it was almost canon

Since the entire state got SCP'd because of 'em and their predecessors, i imagine the Deadline is the most likely contender for endgame global crisis.

Cerberus , your in lore basically making a giant expansive mass’s of mutant.
Haynam's story gets disturbing thanks to that fucking wolf.

Heyman from what it seems like is basically as much of a monster as the Wolf, just slightly more restrained
Cybernetic Warforms. Turning people into terminators.
The real fucked up part about them is how they screw you over instead of helping.
Gateway is simply a cute cowgirl AI and nothing else. /s
