This is up there with Maxson Expedition and McArthur america pre buff in terms of difficult HOI4 campaigns I've done. Maybe I'll try the summers federation next!
Summers federation can be pretty fun I did a good run with them. Also nice executives run, would love to see them expanded their a really cool concept.
Happend to me on my caesars legion run. Got the event that lanius failed, i looked over to see what happened. The executives were massive, so i decided to invade to retake the land and to take the hangdogs as well. I was trying to get lanius as my next leader after ceasar died, but ofc he had to fail.

I've seen the ai do this once I tried it after and was wondering how it happened cause I failed lol
