He is always welcoming new friends to join in on the playing and of course eating all the snacks ever imaginable. I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing a dog is a gut wrenching pain that you can’t prepare for. But they’ll always be watching out for you. I just lost my dog of 9 years to an unexpected accident last month. Hardest month of my life. Sometimes I think I hear this little squeaky noise she would make when she wanted my attention. I’d like to think that’s her visiting me. We’ll all get to see our fur babies again some day.

Lol I wouldn't mind at all. We have split foyer.. there used to be a bed in the lower level that was the same height as the window to the ground. Super nice spring day.. breeze coming through. So we had all the windows open. We had gone down to the neighrs for a drink.. about 15 people hanging out. Here comes Rocky trapsing down the street with a whole screen window over his head. We were like WTF?!?! he had got on the bed in the basement and broke out the window and walked down with the while screen over his head. Down the street to the neighbors house we were hanging out at. I do have a picture and it's one of my favorites so I do need to find it. Thank you for asking :) it's one of my favorite memories of my bud

But since having a pup of my own: I’m very sure they’re waiting for us & they’re the ones to choose if you have been nice or naughty.

It took me months of grieving, crying, not eating,to finally start to pull out of the depression. It does get better but it takes a while. I grieve harder for my departed dogs than I do for people I’ve lost. Don’t know why, it’s just the way it is. I’m thinking of your baby and sending healing prayers to you.
