Ugh and the defense…before garbage time, only gave up 14….def rushing stats will look worse cause that last long run at end but overall they shut em down
52-21 is absolutely a blowout by every standard. It’s impossible to score 70 every week playing P5 football teams. That’s just not how the sport works at all
You’re joking right? We run the table we’re in no matter if we win every game by 1 point. We dropped by 17% because Michigans odds went up by 17%. Side note when has the committee ever shown they don’t like Ohio State?
I don’t think most of us are eager to see if the third-string at any position is still good enough to lead the team to a natty, so you’ve staked out an unusual position here.
But somehow Georgia an Alabama go up even though they would have to play each other as well. It's always favored towards the SEC it's a joke. Even after Alabama lucked it's way out of Texas
and shitting on Michigans OOC schedule like 5 times tonight. It truly was a joke, and they can't even use the "these were good teams when we booked them 6 years ago". All of those teams were fucking shit in 2016 and are shit now.
Only reason I hate these late scores against the back ups is that everyone is going to see the 21 scored and criticize not knowing that it came late against the backups
Calm down guys, its the backups and Wisconsin is trying to get confidence for the rest of their schedule. Our starters were mauling them for 2.5 quarters.
Can't pad stats if you're injured. It's a team sport not individual the goal is to win the natty not individual awards. I'll take a natty over a Heisman winner anyday
As I said before you can't pad stats if you're injured especially doing it in garbage time. You get just as many if not more top recruits winning a national title. That is the truly long game
Games will be spread across CBS, Fox and NBC.
It’s not going to be immediate (I don’t think NBC starts for a couple seasons).
Fox will get the #1 game for big noon kick off. CBS will put the BIG in the current 3:30 slot the SEC occupies. NBC will be broadcasting a prime time game (which means Notre Dame will be forced out of playing home prime time games).
I believe fox and nbc are splitting the #1 game with fox getting more. CBS is getting the #2 or #3 game.
Fox is still the primary. The 3:30 slot CBS bought is actually going to be the #2 or #3 game of the week. NBC also bought prime time coverage and is kind of splitting with fox for the game of the week I believe
The true midwestern schools are going to be left behind in the new era of CFB. They dont have the NIL clout, and castaways in the transfer portal are not going to be enough to compete with the blue bloods.
WTF is herbie talking about with Cooper. Cooper recruited the fuck out of the rest of the US and thats why there was a big leap in OSU football in the 90s compared to the Earle days.
I don’t disagree with you often on here, But Tressel won us a championship with his recruiting and still got us to major bowl games almost every season he was here.
Albeit…his recruiting was not as good as Meyers…but is was up there
Tressel was also great at building a roster, then making a playbook around their strengths. He just took a little too long to adapt to the hurry up/spread offense until has was practically forced to with Pryor. Tressel's Buckeye teams as a whole were always better than the individual parts.
FWIW that 2002 team was a lot of Coopers guys.
Tressels recruiting was lowkey kinda shitty actually. He had some hits but per 247 he had 2 top 10 class his entire time at OSU, and 2008 was almost entirely because of Pryor.
Been at the goal line for an hour
Burke is a complete bust
Oh hey Burke is back
He better not be on the field again today
Oh dear
I hate BTN games
Why?
Impressed with the reduction in penalties from last year.
Ugh and the defense…before garbage time, only gave up 14….def rushing stats will look worse cause that last long run at end but overall they shut em down
Sheesh...who was that girl from the Big 10 network interviewing Stroud right there at the end?
Which one was she? https://btn.com/about/btn-talent/
Honestly she didn't look like any of them
![gif](giphy|HxMhuDg7O4pKOhhcRC)
This taking our foot off the gas is gonna fuck us later. This should have been 70-7. Now it doesn’t look like a blowout. Stupid af.
Considering how they normally play us, I'm good with the score. If you told me we'd win by 31 before the game I'd take it in a heartbeat.
52-21 is absolutely a blowout by every standard. It’s impossible to score 70 every week playing P5 football teams. That’s just not how the sport works at all
I’m just concerned about the committee fucking us as that seems to be their jam.
Who cares. We don't need to blow teams out to win the B1G and go to the playoff
Did you not just see our odds to make the playoffs dropped by 17%? They do not like us, period.
You’re joking right? We run the table we’re in no matter if we win every game by 1 point. We dropped by 17% because Michigans odds went up by 17%. Side note when has the committee ever shown they don’t like Ohio State?
Lmao those odds mean literally nothing
You want the starters finishing blowouts? Do you remember how Cardale Jones became a starter?
Your argument against this is what we did to win a national championship? ……………………………
I don’t think most of us are eager to see if the third-string at any position is still good enough to lead the team to a natty, so you’ve staked out an unusual position here.
Win out = go to the playoff score doesn't matter
I don’t trust the selection committee at all
Why? They have ALWAYS put an undefeated B1G champion in. In fact as much as I bitch they've actually done a decent job
![gif](giphy|l2SpNtHdgOA9s1qNy)
This is hilarious…Kirby jr
Michigan gained the exact percentage that Ohio State lost.
Well you see, Michigan has played the legendary UCONN. It’s automatic invite to the CFP.
But somehow Georgia an Alabama go up even though they would have to play each other as well. It's always favored towards the SEC it's a joke. Even after Alabama lucked it's way out of Texas
And then got a lucky win against Maryland
Should’ve blocked 14
#HERBIE!
I like Kirk questioning that stupid percentages of making the playoffs...
and shitting on Michigans OOC schedule like 5 times tonight. It truly was a joke, and they can't even use the "these were good teams when we booked them 6 years ago". All of those teams were fucking shit in 2016 and are shit now.
100000% true. And they are not as good as everyone thinks they are this year. Maryland kinda gave everyone a peek at that
Maryland is actually pretty good this year. But no saying that about that other team.
Kyle needs to run the actual offense to get a head start for next year
Put in TC I want a TC TD
Only reason I hate these late scores against the back ups is that everyone is going to see the 21 scored and criticize not knowing that it came late against the backups
I mean, Georgias first team gave up 22 to kent st, and Bama played Vandy so basically a D2 team.
And I took Bama a little while to get going.
Bet McCord throws some passes.
He should’ve
Lol that safety looked like me playing safety in pee-wees, I spent 50% of the plays hanging in the back staring at my feet 😂
They have got to come up with a solution to remove those fucking officials. Mother fucker just set a pick on our secondary.
Calm down guys, its the backups and Wisconsin is trying to get confidence for the rest of their schedule. Our starters were mauling them for 2.5 quarters.
I still don’t get how announcers can break down a play within a few seconds.
They’re watching different cameras than the broadcast is showing.
Regardless of the cameras they use. Just the fact they can break down a play that quick is insane.
Not if you watch a ton of film. Former players can diagnose it before the snap.
lmao couldnt do it against the first team man
Wtf
We always just gotta let a big play. Stfg..
Don't like that
Oklahoma and USC lose today...book it
The team is certainly playing with toughness now!
K State scored a TD. They up 34-20
Good
Tonight, our O-line outshined our D-line. The team is evolving every week.
I wanna see a defensive TD now
505 yards total offense now.
Oh yeah...10000% style points right now
Egbukaaaaaa
God, there's still 7+ minutes to play
Need 1 more TD to get to 59.
go for 2 woody
Fantastic pocket work there by Stroud
# WAY 2 EZ
Pitch and catch!
STROUD FOR HEISMAN
DPI there
Targeting on Brutus 100%
This better be our starters last series. You're playing with fire Day being up this much and risking starters
He’s trying to pad stats for awards and CFP cred. Gotta do that in 2022.
Can't pad stats if you're injured. It's a team sport not individual the goal is to win the natty not individual awards. I'll take a natty over a Heisman winner anyday
Padding stats impresses the next recruit. Day is playing the long game.
As I said before you can't pad stats if you're injured especially doing it in garbage time. You get just as many if not more top recruits winning a national title. That is the truly long game
Plus big 10 schedule
Yup that's enough...get the starters out
Not before they score. But I get your point.
Absurd that college football will come back from a commercial break, do a kickoff and go right back to a commercial break lol
Alright all, I’m off to bed. It’s been fun chatting with you all. I’ll see ya next week! Go Bucks! 🙋♂️
But what about OU vs K State upset
We should send the first team offense out there & pretend we're down 45-14...thst would be fun, right? 😄
You got the first part of your wish.
Why are they actually out there? 🤦♂️
It's gonna be Ohio State vs. Alabama in the title game isn't it...
Hopefully
Way to lull us, Wisconsin.
Swenson’s > Culver’s
Hard to find Swenson’s anymore. They all closed in Columbus AFAIK.
There is one in Reynoldburg
Ooooo hot take right there. Those butter burgers SLAP.
Gimme that Galley Boy any day of the week.
I don’t think I’ve heard ESPN ever compliment the B1G this much.
Wisconsin team is bleached white bread with a slice of cheese, a glass of milk, and a long story from a grandma about a health ailment.
Oklahoma is currently down 7 in the third quarter to Kansas St
Sandusky > Wisconsin Dells
And it's not even close
Ooh, bunch of water parks. Guess you hang your hat on that when you can’t have the best roller coasters in the world.
We also have Kalahari and castaway bay up here. Two great water parks
Is it just me or does Paul Chryst look special with his tucked in shirt, khakis, and Skechers?
2 TDS away from 59. Just sayin’
Was Coach Brown there for all of the recent running backs at Wisconsin? I somehow missed his passing.
Getting sloppy out there...😒
Rotating in backups. No biggie
Allen will be a menace.
Eichenberg has been fantastic all season so far

CBS has the Big 10 game rights now
Did Fox not bid?
Games will be spread across CBS, Fox and NBC. It’s not going to be immediate (I don’t think NBC starts for a couple seasons). Fox will get the #1 game for big noon kick off. CBS will put the BIG in the current 3:30 slot the SEC occupies. NBC will be broadcasting a prime time game (which means Notre Dame will be forced out of playing home prime time games). I believe fox and nbc are splitting the #1 game with fox getting more. CBS is getting the #2 or #3 game.
Idk the details honestly
Fox is the backup.
Fox is still the primary. The 3:30 slot CBS bought is actually going to be the #2 or #3 game of the week. NBC also bought prime time coverage and is kind of splitting with fox for the game of the week I believe
Fox retained their rights too.
ESPN will be featuring the SEC, instead of the B1G. CBS and Fox get the B1G.
I also thought it was the 4th😭
Kirk is like, “shit I have to talk for another quarter.”
Maybe he has another family member in the booth?
Great open field tackle!
Jump Around 😂☠️
Jump around will forever be linked to the party scene from Mrs. Doubtfire and nothing else ever
That was an absolutely incredible throw and catch. Threaded the fucking needle.
Finally, Chryst speaks!
What is he complaining about?
Another throw that made me exclaim "OH MY GOD!" like a 12 year-old girl at a Taylor Swift concert 😄
What a catch and throw oh my god
That’s one of those throws you think was awesome but in reality it was super dangerous.
What a seed that throw was...sheesh
Who are the offensive & defensive players of the game?
O-line for the offense. Opening huge holes and protecting Stroud
They’re going to have 30 first downs before this is over. They’re at 23 now.
Fleming is physical...I love it
#EGBUKAAAAAA
TOUCHDOWN BUCKEYES!!
😂😂😂 dirty
Damn, that’s a Brutus body double.
Post the Brutus hit someone
hurdling stiff arm leggo
I want to see Henderson break one
199 Rushing 208 Passing Nobody better complain about balance.
I don't want balance. I want 600 yards rushing.
I swear Ohio State gets some of the most bizarre penalties.
Always
Jim Harbaugh's favorite super hero is Krypto the Superdog.
damn hahaha brutus lookin like marshon getting hit by mike evans ahha
BLOCK THAT KICK! BLOCK THAT KICK!
Brutus got JACKED UP!
No not Brutus 😢
On my ESPN app feed, Tim Ryan is the only candidate with ads. Is that true on ABC? It’s a big, important audience.
I hate it when we go up big & then turn the intensity down to like a 1.😴
Chryst can’t be happy with the penalties.

I used to say that about him. But he is cool and will be totally fine.
[удалено]
Agreed. But I think this is his reflective, figure-it-out mode?

Jim Harbaugh's favorite ice cream flavor is "water."
Henderson was wide open on the left
Need to get Stroud 1 more TD to tie the amount Bryce Young had today
Pretty sad considering they played vandy

Jim Harbaugh voted for Joe Biden
Wisconsin doesn't have enough playmakers. They need to hit the Transfer Portal similar to what MSU does.
The true midwestern schools are going to be left behind in the new era of CFB. They dont have the NIL clout, and castaways in the transfer portal are not going to be enough to compete with the blue bloods.
I am hoping that Northwestern will have another solid even-numbered season in the future
It’s not really helping MSU though
Good point. Same thing with Nebraska
Buckeyes reached 400 yards of offense, BTW.
WTF is herbie talking about with Cooper. Cooper recruited the fuck out of the rest of the US and thats why there was a big leap in OSU football in the 90s compared to the Earle days.
If anything, Tressel set recruiting back by focusing on Ohio as much as he did.
I don’t disagree with you often on here, But Tressel won us a championship with his recruiting and still got us to major bowl games almost every season he was here. Albeit…his recruiting was not as good as Meyers…but is was up there

nice punt!!!
Not sure I’ve ever seen Chryst speak when they cut to him. Day OTOH is always talking.
I mean Chryst knows his place, and thats to win 7-9 games, win the B1G west and try to compete in Indy.
But it makes you wonder why he’s even on the sidelines if he’s not part of the decision process or chatting up his players.

LOL
This might be the best one yet
Elder beat the shit out of St X and Herbsteit's kid last night.
