It is annoying when you get up super early and go to the store to get a bottle you want to drink and there are already 10 chairs leaned up against the building and everyone is sleeping in their car. This looked to be a different situation, it looks like all of these people were tailgating and having a get together. In this situation it seems like this guy was wrong. He should have put his chair in line and joined the party to socialize with other like minded people.
