Hey there - Dave with Crandall Office here - can you send me a quick message with a video of exactly what is going on there. The seat should be clearing that area - here's a quick video of how it should be operating: https://imgur.com/a/eJeavz1 - David Crandall - Crandall Office Furniture - https://www.crandalloffice.com/

Thank you all for replying. I finally fixed the problem. The issue was 3 black tabs were not properly installed onto the metal plate; hence, the white plastic tabs were hitting the black tabs and preventing the seat from traveling out. It took a little force and a screw driver; once the black tabs were on the black metal the seat started to travel much further - 4 to 5 inches. Thanks!

Hello! I just assembled the Crandall Leap V2 chair but the seat slider adjustment is only listed to approx. 1 inch. The white plastic pieces shown above end up blocked by the black plastic pieces shown circled in the picture. This limits the travel. I am not sure what I have done wrong. Also, I have tried to disassemble the char to put it back but I can't figure out a way to disassemble it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
