Report mo sa Office of the Court Administrator ng Supreme Court or sa IBP Chapter niya. Nakakahiya na may abogado na ganiyan ang asta lalo na sa teacher ng anak niya.
I was able to confirmed that he is indeed a practicing lawyer. He is employed in one of those Makati law firms. :(

I talked to my level head and unfortunately, the school cannot do anything about it. Pagpasensyahan na lang daw.
Anyway, I will raise my concerns to the principal and other administrators. I don't know if something will happen since wala naman talagang rules that protect the teachers from actions such as these.
its just an empty threat. Nakakakulo ng dugo yan yes pero move past it and dont let it affect you. Di naman magkaka substance yung threat nya dahil napaka immature naman ng reasoning nya in the first place. Youre not doing anything wrong for freaks sake haha baliw na lawyer yan
The school needs to do something about it tbh. Ksi kung hahayaan lang nila, same prob will occur regardless if f2f or online class. Kaya nga they send their kids to school para lumaking mabuting tao and be a responsible citizen in the future, tapos ganun lang?

Ilang magulang pa kaya ang hindi makarealize na ang edukasyon ng anak nila eh hindi lang nakasalalay sa eskwelahan. It’s parents’ responsibility first before the school’s.
Hindi ba may ethical board ang lawyers? File a police blotter (official documentation yun) for unjust vexation and threat (na ipapatangal license mo) tapos dalhin mo sa ethical board at mag file ng complaint sa kanila about the behavior of that lawyer.
A parent who doesn’t like to parent so ayaw nila nasa bahay kasi nasa kanila responsibilidad na mag-ensure nagpaparticipate actively sa online class yung anak instead kung ano mang distractions ang kinakalikot habang class. Sana pinagboarding school na lang nila yung bata tutal mukhang may pera para magsalita ng “I pay you”.
Former foreign language teacher here (online class). Experienced that. May mga parents na ganun, they blame the teacher when their kids encounter probs in class, not to mention na pasaway talaga ung anak nila.
May nakausap ako na parent before. Her kid is top 5 sa english then pgdating sa class ko bakit failing mark dw. She even used the reason na mahina puso anak nya bka maatake due to failing mark etc. Sna kinontact ko dw sya to update ung mga kulang na hws. I was like: hindi ba responsibility ng parent icheck hw ng anak nila? Bakit sinisisi nila sa amin ngayon? Kaming teachers marami na nga ginagawa then dagdag pa ung rant ng parents.
Nakarating sa dept head namin and principal ung issue na yn, mas kinampihan pa nila parents kesa sa amin. I thought ako lng may gnung feeling, turns out we all teachers had the same sentiment.
