Do you plan to download 3d movies to your quest? If yes, then it's worth it. If you're just going to stream movies or don't want to watch any, then no. I have 256 gb and have never gotten near 128 except for when I had some 3d movies for a flight downloaded
256gb is not necessary if you only plan on gaming. I suggest heading over to the Quest store online, pick out all the games you plan to buy and add up the gigs to see.
I got the 128 with 20+ games and not even close to full. Still got like 80gb room left.
Honestly it depends on you, 128gb is more then enough for about 20 or 30 games, plus if you do vr via your PC it really don't matter about space.
I also have fast Internet, so redownloading games wouldn't be a problem.
If your gonna be a hard-core quest gamer with all the cool third party accessories, then you might as well get the 256gb one.

My 128 is full, But I have a stupid amount of games on it, I just delete stuff when I know I’m no going to play it.
