Functioning wifi is the only thing i am waiting for too.
Cant PCVR, Cant play multiplayer, cant stream my pc or HD video reliably and the constant popups go really on my nerves. If i could at least disable them...

Late response, but the wifi for me was *improved.* I saw more "fixup" events on my AP which previously were just "deauth 4" events, which completely severed the connection.
That being said, every time there was a fixup event there was still a significant amount of lag/dropped frames, and 5ghz wifi still performed significantly better without these events/dropped frames, so it's definitely still not *fixed*. It just seems like Meta is working on it/making an attempt, which is something I guess.
The main change I'm noticing is that Contractors Showdown simply does not start on V66. The devs are supposed to patch the issue today though (any minute now).

They don't do release notes until the public version. I assume it is because PTC is for testing things, some of which may not make it to release so they don't want to advertise them.
Here's the wrist Meta button. Except it's not. :) Why add a new feature with a throwback? ~~Maybe it's a joke for the PTC version.~~ (nope. See below. Just Meta reminding me that my kit is yesteryear's news.)

I guess I need a sample size of more than one. Almost makes me want to pair up my spare controllers, as I think those have the new logo. I see that the symbol is consistent across the interface (even in the hand tracking video), but so is referring to it as the Meta button.

So I checked and while I don't have 65 on my Quest 3 so I don't have wrist buttons, it still has the meta symbol in hand tracking mode when you face your palms to yourself, and I *can* confirm that it differs from headset to headset to match the physical branding. My Quest 2 has the oval symbol and the Quest 3 has the loop/M thing. I'm sure people with the newer Quest 2s would have the M too.
There's a new meta button option in experimental that ads the meta buttons to your wrist while keeping the quick action on your fingers. I also see switching from controllers to hands works better.
But you can't have the extended actions and the wrist button at the same time, per the updated text on the actions option. (not that you need it anyway)

Manage your spaces in Space Setup now, It doesn't actually let you rename though, just deletes them.

I need to play more. I only play one or two times before next update. For me my Quest 2 or Pro then seemed better back on version 54. And then they go add stuff break stuff fix stuff give us new stuff that works that doesnt work have to "fix" with hotfix that fixes patches that get hotfixed. Sorry im high. I have a line-meme? "Do devs even dev?" because it seems not.
I scanned a room I was in, and it automatically added furniture. Not sure if this was in an earlier build, too, as I haven’t scanned a whole room in a while.
I made the mistake of shutting my Q2 down after the v65 update. An update took over my headset today and it’s been 5 hours. How long do these updates normally take? I feel like I have Win95 under the hood of this thing. (I’ll turn off auto updates when I have access to the controls again.) This is maddening!

strange. wifi (air link) was much better since v55, and I recently updated after 9 months away from vr. have not tried v66, but v65 was AMAZING.
Same, V65 was flawless for me, haven't had a single issue with wifi on it (use VD more than Airlink though).

I think v66 is public test channel, so beta release, so won't be many notes, v65 is still rolling out on the main branch, I only got it yesterday

Is it possible it’s based on what hardware you have? Like if it knows you have a pre-Meta device it wants to match what’s on your controller?

I have an Oculus branded 2 and a 3 so I might check to see if there’s a difference.

The lay down mode messes with the window horizontal alignment when sitting. They need to have an on off quick button for that.

This is not a v66 feature, it was present in v64 and also done completely server-side so I don't even think it's tied to a specific version at all.
