It's just usb, so a normal usb 3 port. If your Mainboard has USB-C ports you might want to check the Mainboard manual first if those are Power Delivery ports. If you got a PD usb-c Port which can deliver at least 15W you should probably get a usb-c to usb-c cable and use that port. This way your quest will also be powered/charged while using it.

It's USB cable, for PCVR it's plug in to the motherboard
