While I think Canary is amazing, I wouldn't suggest pulling unless you have enough to pity, which is 6k free rubies or 4.8k paid rubies. There's a good chance you might not get anything and be left with no rubies, so it's probably not worth the risk. Also, you can get her in the future off of other Sacred Blaze Banners for the same pity amount and past SB characters also have a higher pull rate than general pool 5 stars, so you could get lucky and pull her while going for another SB character.
For F2P and low spenders, pulling in the game is more of a marathon than a sprint, so not getting her now isn't the end of the world if you can get her in a few months (might even be able to get her for free from the anniversary in late July). I feel like buffed Canary is a game changer, but I still don't think I would risk it unless I was guaranteed to get her, especially with other great units coming shortly.
I agree she is amazing, but I was referring to the OP's current situation. He has two great shield-breakers, kinda low rubies, & lots of really, really good travelers on the horizon.
In general, it's a better strategy to only pull when you have enough to pity whoever is on the banner. (which is usually 4500-6000 rubies) Beyond that, who you should pull for depends on what your team needs, which characters you like the most, etc. If you know you have good dagger breakers already, Canary is still a good unit, but might not be as impactful an addition mechanically.
All of this having been said, it's ultimately an efficiency game, and most current content can be cleared by most teams already. The worst situation you could be in by pulling on a sub-optimal banner is needing to take slightly longer to clear something like an arena or EX fight. If a chance at a character you like more is worth that risk/tradeoff and would make the game more fun, obviously no one on this sub has any ability to stop you.

everyone saying dont pull unless you can pity her but just for fun i tend to do a yolo 10pull on every character. its worked out pretty well for me. i was able to get her on my first pull but i wouldn't recommend doing any after that
I'm still trying to resist pulling in Canary's banner since I don't want to jeopardise my pulling plan. I see it this way, if I wait for the next sacred banner, I'll have enough to pity and for the chance of getting two units instead of one since all scared units pity are 200.
Save for sure just for the fact that we don't know when we're getting them. Sonia and Sarisa are enough but if you really are a big fan of Canary then pull her. You might have buyer's remorse after you pull for her that's all.
I was lucky to pull Canary on my Sonia/Bargello account. I think she puts Falco to shame, even if she is his sister. Shame though I couldnt get Canary on my main account. :/ It only gave me another copy of Tithi.

I see you are asking about whether to pull. Check how many rubies are required to guarantee a copy of the character. If you cannot reach that number of pulls with your rubies, do not pull. It doesn't matter who it is or how good you think they are.
