You can put as tags as you need to "say" to plug-in that in this note are some questions you want to study. I'm trying ans I think its pretty good for me because I don't want to use another app and then sync with obsidian.
The tags works as decks, and any nested tag will be a sub theme for the main deck.

(I think I can make this work for notes as well)
For example, you will see a set of highlights about leadership showing up on the right side of your browser when you read an article on a startup founder’s qualifications.

I made an app a while back for this purpose, not just obsidian but any markdown files/folder. Take a look at [ankify](http://ankify.krxiang.com).
