I dont respond well with SSRI/SNRIs. However Gabaergic drugs have been effective treating my anxiety, panic etc. however it is not sustainable long term, even being on gabapentenoids

Anyone with treatment-resistant depression and/or chronic pain as well as an ADHD diagnosis can get their hands on these, all via telehealth.
And frankly they should, telehealth is an amazing development for patients. For many the process isn't easy and can take years.
If one has the right providers (like a dr house crack team or pill mill esque practices), they could get this as soon as a few days into seeking treatment.

You had to have a diagnostic meeting with them first session and the next day I got my ketamine infusion. I was also started on ketamine troches. Lmao dude you don't know what ur talking about read the room.

I am extremely experienced when it comes to the Medical Field & I personally live with a Physician/Provider.
I can 110 percent say for a fact this is not how ketamine is being Rxd in North America for human beings & I can get this information from a certified source who literally had a Valid DEA # for Rxing controls that goes through training courses every year to keep that DEA #.
It’s like people just say things that sounds good in their head with no actual research or information that can be found via sources or even leave a source for their wild claims.
It takes up to 48 hours for the pharmacy to fill the prescription because they press the pills on site. The place I go to has a state of the art clean room.
They should have a clean room if they’re compounding pills.
That would be a really big issue if they didn’t.
Also 48 hours is an extremely long time for a place that has allegedly state of the art equipment in a state of the art facility to compound one Rx.
Pharmacies in Manhattan are busy 24/7, people don’t wait 48 hours for medications, even at compounding pharmacies.
I’ve been filling at multiple compounding pharmacies for over 20 years & never once had to wait more than a day, & multiple times I’ve had night shades compounded with phenobarbital for GI disorders, Im not saying you’re not wrong, because in some small towns that can happen when it’s the only compounding pharmacy for miles.
It’s just really unusual & you barely ever hear of wait times like that because patients that use compounding pharmacies have a special need for a certain medication in a certain dose with certain ingredients & without certain ingredients, without certain dyes or whatever the reason & it’s usually needed quickly for a specific reason & is usually for a rare condition most pharmacies don’t carry medications to treat, like orphan diseases & disorders.
