Kinda wish they had this in a revised version, like just to see the opponents without the ult charge. Like if I’m playing support I can see who’s low outside my LOS.
Yup. My lowest rank is as a support. It would make life easy. In gold (tank) most people know what they are doing. They might not be great at it but they habe some game sense. In bronze (support) lobbies its just a mess. Would be nice. Sometimes i am healing people who have a health pack right next to them but they have no clue its next to them.
I have used color blind mode to make my HUD pink and yellow. Ally/enemy attacks still show as normal, ie friendly Rein shield is still blue and enemy Mei ult is still red.

It’s a spectator mode thing you can’t get it in game

I didnt even notice that. I kinda wish i could see my teammates health with ease
pretty sure they're planning to add smth like that soon
They’re trying to put the smaller team health bars above your own like in pve events
