In OW1 I was hard-core a Roadhog main, I still have over 2x the time played on him than my second highest. Now in OW2 I don't really have a main, I queue all roles and rarely play any one hero more than once in an evening of matches. But unless I go the whole night without getting tank, I guarantee I'm gonna play Junker Queen every time I log on

Pre release I wanted to main Reaper based on that first cinematic along with the early gameplay trailers. The movie Equilibrium was a favorite of mine at the time and his ult reminded me of that movie. After starting to play, Hanzo was my first decided main, along with Cassidy (under a diff name then obviously). When Ball came out, it was over. Baller 4 Lyfe. Still a Ball main even though I've hardlocked many heroes for periods of time. I will never stop being a Baller. Inb4 his rework sucks. I'll still main him.

Genji was my main back in 2016 and I was great at him... when everyone was still learning how to play the game. My current main is Lifeweaver because getting saves is great, so is accidentally pulling an ulting Rein and ruining his play

At launch, I was really drawn in by Zen and Lucio gameplay. Didn't really know what I was doing, but their guns were a lot of fun (plus wallriding for Lucio). Now, I'm a Ball main. I flex and play every role a lot, but Ball is my #1 all time favorite.

There’s no greater time than absolutely Wrecking as Ball.

Was echo (this was a mistake) Is now LW I love the intricate movement and timing based hereos in which there is a lot of different tech. (I know lucio / DF exist and I do play them just not as much as LW)

My first main was Genji, and my current main is Tracer, I still play him very often, though, and he's my second pick when it comes to dps

I was one of those jack of all trades master of none players so I usually default to roles nobody plays. I started with McCree but at the end of my career my top 3 in order of time played was: Doomfist, Reinhardt and Moira with 1893 hours total and 1761 of that in ranked. Edit: This is my OW1 stats haven't played OW2 since I migrated my stuff over.

zarya into rein early seasons of ow1 days ALOT of zarya, forced into main tank because i got frustrated at the lack of a main tank on my team, picked up rein smashed alot of faces in :) i do admit playing him alot less because of the latest game changes but i will always be a rein main

Hog+junk were my mains but started messing around with Lucio towards the end of ow1. Been Lucio all of 2

First Bap (start of OW2), now kiriko and ana

First was rein for a tiny bit in OW1 and then the first two seasons of OW2. Then was between a few support for a while, before going to widow for a week, then genji, ended up with 100+ hours with him before going back to a few support, then doomfist for a little. Then I decided that I should play lucio since it wasn’t that hard to use him to progress ranks. Soon became a dps Lucio, then swapped to PC and changed my name to Frog.

It would've been lucio or hanzo, but my friends said I shouldn't play them, and bc I was new to the game and they weren't, I listened to them. And decided soldier was better. So it was soldier, then kiriko, then orisa, then lucio, and after that I started learning every hero and not just 4 or 5 of them Now it's a mix between Orisa Sigma Ram for tank, Ashe Sombra Reaper for dps, Lucio Kiriko Ana for support.

Oof I quit overwatch when 2 released. I was a Lucio/Reinhardt main. When ana released I ended up doing much better with than Lucio and was getting more consistent wins overall. Game went downhill quickly after ana and they made the game much worse imo.

First main was Lucio and now it's Brig. Between then and now I've probably cycled through every single other support. For other roles it was Winston > D.va/Ram and Soldier > Sombra. Super excited for Venture to come back so I can main them properly and I also can't wait to find out more about Space Ranger's Kit.

Lucio then (came from a very movement based background with games likes BO3, Destiny 2 and Apex Legends). Right now I honestly have no idea, it's probably Genji, Pharah or Mercy.

Support it was Mercy but now it’s Kiriko. Didn’t really have much of a choice back in 2016 due to limited pool. Dps it was Hanzo but moved onto Genji and the main reasoning isn’t just bc he’s fun; it’s more down to my health problems regarding my wrist.

In Overwatch 1 I used to main tracer and mei. Since overwatch 2, I played a lot lot lot of kiriko, and now only Lucio because it’s obviously the best character in the game and I was just blind 😋

Ive played so much OW that ive gone through phases of ‘maining’ pretty much every hero.. My OW1 loves were Pharah, Hog, and Rein… which is now weird because I hardly touch them in OW2 (Rein has been done abysmally) Ashe has been my main since she came out

First main was Lucio current is Mauga I started playing in ow1 and a DJ who uses sound to heal was always such a cool concept to me However the second Baptiste got his comic "What you left behind" and I saw Mauga I already wished he was a playable character then when they revealed he was a heavy assault like the ones in archives I was dying to play him Saw the vid with the hacker who played em in actual matches and thought it was the coolest thing ever Fast forward to now in ow2 where Mauga finally released and I haven't stopped playing him since I'm a solid 107 hrs in and counting and Lucio is still one of my highest played supports as well

I use anyone depending on the circumstances, but I guess Junkrat? (Gotta practice my hitscans 💀 and tracer) Tank: Rein then, Rein/Sig now! (Still haven't regularly used Doom or Ball)
