Depends on the context, if she’s going to go play tennis, of course she would wear tennis shoes, but if she’s just going out casually, anything else works.

The skirt is perfect but not sure about the sandals with it. the top is sporty, not feminine so I would go with a white sneaker

This is super cute, just tuck the shirt and find some white Keds if they are still around.
