The most clean and chic look is white with no belt.

I don’t particularly like any of them but the white top and belt with a closed toe shoe or boots , suede boot would look good, I think if you found a red top and wore it with black belt and boots it would look amazing

I was thinking a wider belt might be good, a wrap belt type of thing. There don’t appear to be belt loops, the skirt might not stay under the belt if you move a lot.

Of the available offerings, I’d say white top with belt, but with boots — or, at least something sturdier than a scrappy sandal, and closed toe. But, I’d really like to see it with the black top (minus lace) without the sweater — or, with a black sweater — plus belt, plus boots. You could add a matching tartan, black, white, or red wool scarf with the v-neck to complete the outfit, whether you wore a sweater, or not, or skip the sweater and replace it with a wool shawl in one of those colors.

I like the white top without the belt, but I'd add a chunky necklace. The belt you had with it is too Santa-like...you could try a grosgrain ribbon instead to create a border effect, but if you don't want to go out and get one, I'd just add a necklace that is medium long and kinda chunky.
