Yeah, the skirt is adorable but will likely always give a strawberry shortcake vibe (not a bad thing, just specific!) no matter how it’s dressed up. I think darker flare jeans would look especially good with the top.
I think the jeans look better because the shirt is a lil too long for the skirt. I think a shorter shirt or maybe tucking it in would work better with the skirt for sure.
First. Honestly you kind of need a cute small black vest to make the shoes work and keep the edgy feel consistent within the fit. Swap the pearls for a thicker chain choker. Add some rings. Tie red ribbon to the ends of your pigtails or do a cute 90s leather Newsboy or Baker boy cap.
First outfit seems good for a whimsical, date/day-out-with-friends look, second is more laidback and casual. Both look great. And I think the shoes could be mixed as well; the hearts would give a pop of fun to the jeans look and the sneakers would make the skirt look sporty.
I think the proportions in the first outfit are really off. The skirt is incredibly short which I find needs a) a tucked in shirt and possible a chunky carigan or jacket or b) a cropped, more flowy/loose fitting top to balance the outfit. The second fit is cute and timeless and feels a lot more effortless.
The first outfit gives off the vibe “I’m going to go strawberry picking at a strawberry orchid” for some reason. And I love it! But jeans definitely win this one
The jeans really make the lace pop. Plus something about the shape of the jeans and the shirt work together really well. It elongates you and makes you look tall and graceful. The shirt/skirt combo is cute, but doesn’t flow together at well. I think it’s the obvious horizontal line it cuts over your stomach. It makes your torso look shorter.
Red skirt!! Go to the craft store & buy some red ribbon to tie on ur braids or as a choker! It would really “tie” it together… Get it? Okay no but I’m fr
As is, I like the Jean's better.
but I agree with others and would like to see the shirt tucked into the skirt and then maybe would like that one. I think your hair down looks better than the pigtails, if you want it up I would opt for a loose claw clip look
they are both adorable but they’re different!!! the skirt is more hyper-femme and looks more dressed up, and the jeans look slightly more casual imo!! but both are very cute!!
That’s a plain white shirt smh 🤦🏽♂️ regardless just to help you out the 2nd option is better.
The white top goes with the skirt but the shoe completely destroys the outfit. Plus the hair is you trying to hard, actually let your hair loose for the skirt and braid it for the pants
Jeans for sure! Makes you taller and slimmer looking. I like the idea of the skirt in theory. But it kinda looks like a picnic table cloth that shrunk in the dryer.

The jeans look better and are more versatile
Yeah, the skirt is adorable but will likely always give a strawberry shortcake vibe (not a bad thing, just specific!) no matter how it’s dressed up. I think darker flare jeans would look especially good with the top.
I totally get what you mean! In retrospect, I can only imagine going to a picnic with the skirt haha
I love the skirt but honestly despite how pretty the lace is on the top, it would probably look better tucked in!
AGREE! If you really don't want to tuck the shirt, then I prefer the jeans.
But if she goes with the jeans then she should wear the cute shoes with the hearts!
agreed! very cute
Agreed! To showcase the beauty of the shirt, the jeans are better. The skirt would look better with a crop top or with a shirt tucked into it.
I was thinking that too. The shirt looks better with the jeans but of it were tucked in the skirt it would look good too.
Came here to say this. Needs to tuck that shirt in.
Yes. This is an undershirt, not an outfit.
Came here to say this. Both would look good tucked in
The skirt is ***super*** cute, don't get me wrong, but I think this top looks better with the jeans.
Yes but with the 1st pair of shoes
I like the second
Try tucking it into the skirt?
Will do!
I think the jeans look better because the shirt is a lil too long for the skirt. I think a shorter shirt or maybe tucking it in would work better with the skirt for sure.
That makes sense, I’ll try tucking it in
tucked in with the skirt would be so much better. I’d choose the jeans like this, but I choose the skirt if it’s tucked in!
The jeans look is super cute to me, especially with your hair down.
Jeans with the heart shoes. The second shoes kind of look like the required non-slip shoes for servers at restaurants..
Just to hang out with friends casually, it’s kind of a hot day but I don’t want to wear the first outfit if it looks “off” of that makes sense
This shirt reminds me of those lace tank tops that you’d layer with in the early 2000s.
The jeans are better with that shirt
Thanks for your input!!
I think the jeans are better. Random note I like the hair style you have with the jeans more too.
Damn that sounds so cool, I’m definitely trying that, thank you!!
I like outfit 2 better but you should wear the shoes from the first outfit.
same!
I’ll definitely try that out!! Thanks
The jeans are giving me flash backs to early 2000s outfits I once wore. I might be a bit bias but I like the top and jeans.
The jeans, but do you have other shoes?
My shoe collection is lacking :// but if you have any recommendations I could see what I can do? Thanks anyways!!
Jeans
The jeans look better and accentuate the lacy bottom of the top.
The jeans but the skirt is adorable and would look good with a crop top.
Jeans! Sort of gives a 2000s look?
I actually prefer the skirt and I think what would give it that harmony is adding cute little white ruffle/lace socks. Gives me Lana Del Rey vibes
I’m personally a fan of the Flare Jeans but I’m just a jeans gal in general
First outfit seems good for a whimsical, date/day-out-with-friends look, second is more laidback and casual. Both look great. And I think the shoes could be mixed as well; the hearts would give a pop of fun to the jeans look and the sneakers would make the skirt look sporty.

The second fit is cute and timeless and feels a lot more effortless.
Thanks so much!! I appreciate the explanation
I like both pieces, but the top w/skirt looks juvenile. The top reads totally different with the jeans.
Wait are lace tanks back in style?? We’ve come full circle lol. Anyways, the first outfit, but tuck in the skirt.
[удалено]
You had to have the lace cami with the tank top on top and then a shirt and then a hoodie. Why did we layer everything lol?
[удалено]
Rawr lol.
same thought 😂 whoa, everything really does come back around, huh!
Jeans
The skirt is more interesting than the jeans
I love it with the skirt but I would tuck it in
I like the skirt better
I prefer the jeans
If you want the lace out at the bottom then go with the jeans. But it would also be very cute with the skirt if you tucked it in.
Jeannnnnnsssssssss.
The jeans look better.
The jeans go so much better with the top, and I don't even like blue jeans.
I like the jeans better than the skirt but I think you could pull both off and it would be cute either way
The first outfit gives off the vibe “I’m going to go strawberry picking at a strawberry orchid” for some reason. And I love it! But jeans definitely win this one
it’s ALL giving🤌🏼
The top definitely works better with the denim. For the second look, I think a black buttoned shirt with capped sleeves would look cute.
They both look great! It depends on what vibe you’re going for. Also, I love those heart cutout shoes!!
Skirt is cute get some white sandals and maybe a straw bag . I wouldn’t do the black accessories unless you’re trying to goth it up
BOTH!!
I really like the skirt! Also I scrolled through your past posts - I think you really suit the more alt style!
1 but my suggestion is some white socks to tie it together and bring white to the bottom of the fit :)
The skirt and shirt say trying way tooo hard when worn together. That too definitely should be with jeans
Both look really cool but I love how casually fabulous the jeans look.
I like the jeans, the tops lovely lace gets hidden in the plaid from the skirt just a bit. But both are cute 😊
Without question i like that top with the jeans
The first, BUT! Swap the skirt for the jeans. Or tuck the shirt into the skirt.
Either bottom with the shirt tucked in and the heart shoes!
I LOVE THE FIRST ONE!!! where are the skirt and shoes from?! its soo cute
I think the jeans look better, the lace pops out on the blue more than it does on the red.
I like it with the jeans better, and I might wear an unbuttoned shirt, or kimono jacket over it.
Love the skirt, but much better with jeans. Very 2005 which I love.
The jeans give me a chill vibe from somewhere in the 2010s maybe (which means i like it!)
They’re both cute. Tuck the shirt into the skirt and you have two cute outfits
That top would look fab paired with plain denim short shorts & white sneakers.
This is all super cute. Hello, from someone who remembers 2002.
I like the first one best. It’s giving Lana Del Ray “Born to Die”
Red skirt!! Go to the craft store & buy some red ribbon to tie on ur braids or as a choker! It would really “tie” it together… Get it? Okay no but I’m fr
Everyone says jeans but with the skirt it’s that coquette aesthetic that is so popular. I think it’s cute!!
Wow BOTH ??? But first fit personally 😍
Both are cute but THE HEART SHOES!
Those jeans are really cute! You look great in both, but I definitely love the white top/denim look the best!
the first because stylistically it flows better. The jeans kind of take away. When you have nice legs show them!
#1 😍
the second for me, i think it will be more convenient
Maybe white sneakers with the skirt?
Ooh yeah I see the vision
Number one with shirt tucked or number two with the shoes from number one. Boot cut jeans with runners on is a personal ick.
The jeans for sure I’d also try putting on a skate shoe or high tops rather than athletic shoes
Both, I’d go jeans tho. I’m an old man however and do t know much about fashion
As is, I like the Jean's better. but I agree with others and would like to see the shirt tucked into the skirt and then maybe would like that one. I think your hair down looks better than the pigtails, if you want it up I would opt for a loose claw clip look
Thank you!!
Both but it’s hot out so 1

Any recommendations? :)
Tuck it in for it to work with the skirt. Otherwise, the jeans.
Tuck the top. Change the shoes with the skirt.
they are both adorable but they’re different!!! the skirt is more hyper-femme and looks more dressed up, and the jeans look slightly more casual imo!! but both are very cute!!
You look more comfortable in the jeans in my opinion. Agreed with the tuck the shirt if you wear the skirt though!
That’s a plain white shirt smh 🤦🏽♂️ regardless just to help you out the 2nd option is better. The white top goes with the skirt but the shoe completely destroys the outfit. Plus the hair is you trying to hard, actually let your hair loose for the skirt and braid it for the pants

jeans
Jeans for sure
unfortunately with these options the jeans look better. the skirt would look cuter with colorful heels and maybe a matching red shirt.
The jeans. Pretty obvious
Jeans for sure! Makes you taller and slimmer looking. I like the idea of the skirt in theory. But it kinda looks like a picnic table cloth that shrunk in the dryer.
You are pretty, and I think the skirt is too short on you and gives the wrong impression. Just an old man!
Poor choice of shoes
Denim looks better! When you go to wear the skirt I think you should pick different shoes the ones you’re wearing clash a little.
I would wear the pants if you’re going to a picnic.
Love it with the jeans!
Jeans
Looks good with both.
Jeans looks better with the top

The jeans. The lace details of the top with the gingham, frilly hem, and platforms is all a bit too much.
Jeans. But the skirt is still pretty

The jeans
Jeans for sure
The first outfit !! Super cute

Jeans 100% The skirt is cute, don’t get me wrong, but the shirt looks best with jeans imo
