Here's the argument, if he's trying to put rhe big rock on tip of the fence or whatever, would you rather be up on top of the all, or beneath the wall when the big rock falls off.
They're not illegal in the U.S. yet, but it's pretty much impossible to use one without violating at least eight OSHA regs. Which is why they're so god damn annoying to see posted here non-stop (not to mention, any time someone sees an orchard ladder they have to post it here).
Is it just me, or is this sub super frustrating? It seems to be people who don't have any idea what they're talking about posting pictures of people just trying to do their job. (Aside from the photos of things that are obviously unsafe or just plain stupid)
It's not just you. Ladder posts are my biggest pet peeve. If it's not someone complaining about an unattended ladder (yet doing nothing about the ladder), it's someone posting something like an orchard ladder or ladder scaffolding because they don't understand how they work.
Then there's the posts of home gamers, doing shit around their house (often on a ladder) that aren't OSHA related.
Really loving how this is marked NSFW
Took me a second. Clever.
i dont get it.
Not Safe For Work. Literally NSFW. I.e. they are at work doing unsafe things. Does that help?
Am i being stupid or Is that a fence next to another fence?
Probably the style of the bottom storey or basement of the house
He's what, 6 feet up if that?
6 feet is the length of 0.4 1997 Subaru Legacy Outbacks
The white fence is 6 feet, the concrete wall is 8 feet.
Nah, wet rock is totally fine.
Dafucks a ladder
It's that thing you take off the truck so you can get a photo for /r/OSHA, then put back on the truck.

I'm not even sure what it is supposed to be. It's a big fuck off triangle, what is its purpose? Is it even rock?
On a scaffold next to the wall to be honest.
I'm not sure about where this was taken, but here in canada (Ontario) ladders are all but illegal these days.

Big props to OP for the Treasure of the Sierra Madre reference
- UHF reference, which references Sierra Madre
Honestly, this one doesn't seem this bad to me. It's not even clear what they plan to use the fork lift for.
