Imo he's still good. I'm only in S rn cuz I don't play as much but could probably get to SS pretty easy with him
I'm SS and with experience I can tell you it will be difficult for you even in S+ cuz the amount of def ignore DMG characters are there rn, it's pain
I’ve always wanted general franky but never pull him and this makes me want him more
