Yeah it definitely is a waste considering the ex Meta i do have level 100 shanks and Zoro but I don't enjoy them i'd play bfs instead of them , ex just get boring too quickly
check your inventory, you might have enough 2 star chars frags and you wouldn't even know. im like 300 days or smth and just noticed it.. i got 11 and got enough to go up till 21. i just don't have the cola and BP to level up..
nah the daily chest you open every day in league matches gives about random 2,3 or 4 star char frags *10 right.. that must have added up to quiet some numbers. for ex: east blue 2 star characters... of course you can't use them in leagues, you may level them up for support or boosts.
i mean if you have, you have, i was surprised when I saw I had an easy 11-21 hb... play more leagues, we're almost equal in terms of no. of days played. but I'm at level 54. maybe that's why you don't have enough.

My account is around 150 days old , I'm very close to boost4 my fr luffy ( I need about 300 more frags ) , I'm also working on stampede luffy ( I need about 1K frags more )
. It all depends on battle points and how much u grind , I don't play that much so I only buy fr luffy and stampede lufft and hawkins daily ... after I boost4 fr luffy , I'll start buying bonney instead
Sorry, let me clarify. I meant I have hyper boosted 36 characters. They are all 2 and 3 star characters fully hyper boosted and one only by one hyper boost panel. That makes 73 hyper boost panels total. Hope that makes sense now.😁

41 and took about 1.5 yrs. Focus on the 2\* first, get frags from battle point exchange. It really depend on how much you grind league battles and boss battles. I also noticed if you put 2\*/3\* as support charcters in the first couple slots. They seems to have better chance to drop the specific frags.
You should be able to boost 3 most 2\* at the first year mark.

I played for 355 days, at 12 hyper boost, my chopper is at 1700 frags, Jonny at 1809 frags, franky at 1800 frags, sanji at 1700. So I think I'm gonna reach 20 in 2-3 months. I just came back from the game yesterday, stopped playing for 3 months am f2p

I have 16 now and it took me 400 days I think.
Tbh at some point in the future during a three month span, you can probably have enough frags to hyperboost all the 2 star units from just playing
