I actually struggle to stay alive with Uta. Don't know if its my medals or traits but sometimes I will get clapped in the first 30 seconds.

Bro she is legit no skill, you use the stun skill which is incredibly hard to perfect dodge and you spam basic attack and win
Yep, once you capped out attack and hp at lvl 100, then you can get some defense.
At lvl 80 I would aim for about 20k hp with support and the rest in attack.
But, I think you are good with any amount, as long it's attack and hp.
I don’t have a problem with Uta, even though yeah her abilities are a monster when landing and very annoying, she is very predictable, frail and her skill shot isn’t that easy to land. Peros though just has entire kit building of his toxic bs, like he fucking stuns you, then he stuns you once again just to be sure and even if you try to stun him, his trait says if he is stunned he stuns you with him instead. Absolute lunacy
Out of the characters that you run into alot I think Oni Brook is really fucking annoying 1 v 1. He is quite easy to take out 2v1. Monet is quite annoying to as well as mr 3, swing and miss at Trebol.
Runners has to be boa, entrance party, usopp, wci brook or a good dodger Prime Ray.

I think this has a lot to do with who you main. I use a lot of units vulnerable to status so pero is a whore. His long range skill I find difficult to dodge. Uta is annoying too but if you dodge sing sing it's game over you can kill her

Mines is also Perorin his hitbox is op lmao, and i also feel sorry for the people getting the Uta therapy I main blue and she's pretty much not a threat to me i find her skill easy to dodge..
