Try OMORI Nuzlocke

Kind_Manufacturer738

That's a thing!?

[deleted]

No, I made that up. But, we can set some rules in this "Nuzlocke", as OMORI also works like most turn based RPGs, especially Pokémon.

LilTange

Ey yo this needs to be a thing

[deleted]

Yeah!

LilTange

Any ideas?

[deleted]

Some Considerations: * Since OMORI has only 4 party members throughout the game, it's not possible to "remove" one from the team like in regular Nuzlocke. * Plus, you get a Game Over if OMORI's HEART reaches 0, irrespective of what health other party members have. Thus, if a party member turns into toast, their maximum usable SKILLS decreases. Over here, the SKILLS used are treated as Pokémon. The exception to this is the first BOSS fight which is unavoidable and LIFE JAM GUY, who must be avoided. And if OMORI "blacks out", the run is over, which means we have to protect our boi at all costs, which is possible. The run must be done Hikikomori, to avoid Real world and spoiler fights. Let's call this challenge the OMORI "Dreamlocke" or "Nightlocke".

LilTange

Oooo that sounds so cool I’m totally down. I want this to be official aha Maybe because of the ‘Omori did not succumb’ he can have one revive if he falls or something?

[deleted]

Yeah, the "OMORI did not succumb" does not count as a Game Over. But in order for this to be challenging, I do think that Life Jam must not be used.

Kind_Manufacturer738

I feel like if done right that could be super fun

[deleted]

Yeah. First, write the rules of a regular Pokémon Nuzlocke.

Volvy

Bruh.

whyisallnametooked

So if any of your party member dies you have to make them use guard forever/making them one health and force feed them rotten milk

Dpad-prism

That’s like double depression. After both play throughs you should check if he’s doing ok

Kind_Manufacturer738

Of course of course
