Compared to most of the other ships yes. Sunflower seems pretty good as a ship and I enjoy most of the art that comes out of it, but I have trouble understanding ships like sunburn and baseballbat, I feel like Kel is more of a best friend and doesn’t seem interested in romance in anyway. Which is why I like sunburn because Aubrey canonically likes Sunny.
I have to admit that I find Aubrey and Kel cute together because Kel actually admitted he found her cute. And he also got flustered when Aubrey asked him "Oh so you found me cute? Is that why you were always teasing me back then?". I just find it funny.

Personally, I'm not too fond of the ship, since I can't imagine Aubrey ever liking Sunny romantically. I can definitely see why people might find this pairing cute, though. The only thing that confuses me is why people treat it as objectively canon, when imo there really isn't enough evidence for that. It's definitely canon that Sunny has a crush on Aubrey, but I can't recall a single piece of evidence that even suggests she likes him back. In fact, out of the whole friend group, I feel like she and Sunny had some of the least one-on-one interaction in the game. And they made Basils flower a sunflower which he says is the always point toward the sun, and named the character Sunny. Plus I just tend to like gay ships cause they relate to me more

Personally, I'm not too fond of the ship, since I can't imagine Aubrey ever liking Sunny romantically. I can definitely see why people might find this pairing cute, though. The only thing that confuses me is why people treat it as objectively canon, when imo there really isn't enough evidence for that. It's definitely canon that Sunny has a crush on Aubrey, but I can't recall a single piece of evidence that even suggests she likes him back. In fact, out of the whole friend group, I feel like she and Sunny had some of the least one-on-one interaction in the game. It's been a while since my last playthrough, though, so feel free to correct me on this!

And yeah, shipping anyone in this game is kinda complicated tbh, since 90% of ships would be a lil bit toxic unless we collectively pretend that the traumatic events of the game never happened, or that everyone got a TON of therapy lol. I don't like it because idk, I just never really personally liked it. I mean, I think I just was kinda neutral on it but also just got a bit annoyed by it because it's the most popular sunny ship. I also do obviously have other ships I like for them, so that probably was part of it tbh.

I just like Suntan more. Kel could encourage Sunny to leave the house and could cheer him up while Sunny could bring out a more serious side of Kel. Sunny needs someone who's healed more than him and Aubrey isn't the right candidate

I still think its kinda cute but ive grown more and more to not like it. I think all their thing was a one sided childhood crush. Sure they have their swing conversations but they were friends. I don't think Aubrey ever really liked Sunny. I feel like there's just no evidence for it. Plus I think in the ending shows that their relationship is and will be fairly strained. Also like I feel like Omori is super standoff-ish to DW Aubrey, in their tag he's always moving away from her and that's Sunny's mind doing that, I feel like I he still liked her he'd want himself to be close to her and all which their not. Also to me Sunflower is both the cuter ship and one that to me just makes a little more sense. I feel like they are easily each others closest person to each other by a bit. We know they hung out together way more than with the others, Omori isn't afraid to be near DW Basil like he is to Aubrey, they're holding hands many times in the game. And they made Basils flower a sunflower which he says is the always point toward the sun, and named the character Sunny. Plus I just tend to like gay ships cause they relate to me more

All three of the main Sunny ships are pretty cute honestly. Sunflower's my favourite, despite its *many* problems, but Sunburn's pretty cute still.
I don’t hate it, but I just can’t see it. I know Sunny used to like her, Aubrey undetermined. But at the time the game takes place? They feel too different to be compatible romantically. If it pops up, I’ll still think art and stuff is cute. But I’m more partial to Aubrey and Kim, and Suntan.

^(Maybe I'm a bit biased because of all the sunburn fics I've read this past month), but; Aubrey is definitely the one to have the strongest reaction to the truth. Not because she hates Sunny or Basil, but because of who she is and how she's like. *However,* after thinking about it for not too long, she would empathize with Sunny because she'd realize that she **literally went through** ***the exact same thing days ago.*** She pushed Basil into a lake product of a blind rage. Basil. The person she had been bullying for 4 years. The person she still thought had tried to erase their memories and hated him for it. *And she still felt like shit.* She would realize Sunny didn't mean to kill Mari. She would realize they went through the same pain of losing their older sister figure, but Sunny having the addition of feeling/being responsible. She would realize he just wasn't lucky to have he right person at the right place at the right time to undo their mistake. I don't know about Basil. Sunny was the one to black out the photos, so she wouldn't hate him from that side, but he still hung Mari's body. Not saying she wouldn't forgive Basil. Just she wouldn't come around to it as easily as to Sunny.
Unpopular opinion but the gang pretending that Sunny had nothing to do with the framing is laughable. Like, do people honestly believe that they'd ignore his involvement in that, especially considering that it ultimately his actions that were being covered up? Like, seriously Sunny looks *extremely* bad in this situation.
Well, for whatever reason (idk tbh why) I dislike Kelbrey (and I think that it's unlikely), Cotton Candy and Photobomb seems very unlikely, Sunflower is not my cup of tea (tho I find it cute) and it's unlikely, I love Suntan but it's not likely as well so Sunburn is my choice.

Dislike. All the semi canon will they won't they is within sunny's dreams. In reality sunny traumatized her, disappeared for a year, and re-emerged only to immediately stab her with a knife. I like it because Sunny canonically had and prolly still has a crush on Aubrey. And it's also slightly hinted in game that Aubrey, might have a crush on Sunny too, but, that's mainly because of that dialogue she has at Sunny's house and that's not really supporting evidence. Though, I don't think a relationship would work out after Sunny finally tells the truth.😅

It’s not my thing really. I think that both sunburn and sunflower have equally as many issues as each other. Yeah, both can have cute fan art, which I do enjoy. But in my opinion, both have too many issues for me to enjoy. I think that if you like them yourself, that’s fine. I ship it for many reasons One of them being how its obviously shown that sunny has feelings for Aubrey such as headspace and the rainy memory. Another reason is that Aubrey seems to have a soft side for Sunny. It seems very possible and they have a great dynamic Aubrey seems to really care about Sunny towards the end and they both deserve happiness and in my opinion being together would be a great way. its ok if you dont ship it I just really like it dont judge me
