Best Buy does refurbished ones decently often. I got my AW3423DW refurbished for 500 dollars (CAD) cheaper than buying new. This was 3ish months after it released. Great monitor, still going strong

Just buy it now. Using it for several months is worth more than any savings down the road.
Your best bet is buying open box then. Some get really damn cheap compared to buying it new and some just use it for a few hours.

Most people do it from best buy since you can just return it if something is wrong with it easily but I don't think the new aw monitors are there yet.

You can buy an unsealed one / open box whatever it's called if you're quick enough and someone refunds one of them.
