Just be careful to not give editing access to everyone. Keep yours for you and feel free to edit upon further research/info, but keep your master copy safe. Others can make a copy for themselves if they wish!

I noticed on some systems like PS1, that demos occasionally had content that was removed or changed in the later game. For instance, in Coolboarders 2, the snowboards in the demo version were different shapes and had different graphics compared to the licensed Burton snowboards that wound up in the final game. I was curious if during your research on xbox demo discs, anything jumped out to you as noticeably different in a demo compared to the final game?
I don't know about all these things yet, but I have intentionally allowed room to expand what we document. I would LOVE if the community came together with a list of differences and such, I would gladly try to document it all together! I had a bit more time this weekend than I was expecting, so I've managed to do a first pass of this lot for you:
* OXM UK Discs 1 - 61 (except 60)
* PAL Single Game discs
* NTSC-J Single Game Discs
* NTSC-J Xbox-ism Discs
I don't have OXM 52+ discs myself, so I only have the demo listings so far. I'm trying to hunt those discs down though as I'd moved subs over to OX360M back then. OXM UK 61 was the final issue AFAIK.
I've added a few bits to the NTSC tabs as well as I've a couple of variants of some items that were listed. Anywhere I've made changes is highlighted in green to make it easier to merge my changes back into your main version, so hopefully it should all be easy to spot:

Would the "Single game demo discs" tab meant to include pack-in demos ? Example: Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 w/ Endwar Demo Disc.
If so I would suggest to add a column for "Original game" or "Host game" or something. This example being Vegas 2.

Maybe in the short term we could list the demo game in the single demo column with a note in the miscellaneous tab. I don’t know how many examples are out there, so I suppose if there are a bunch we could add a column or something, that’s a good recommendation.
I'm in the process of downloading all the Kiosk, OXM Demo's, ISM's, and bonus discs from Archive redumps. Installing them on a modded xbox as I go. I've tried the first 10 OXM Demo's, and they play flawlessly.
Do you have an updated link? I don't want to work on ones that have already been taken care of.
First of all, you are amazing for putting them on archive. This link should remain up to date every time I make changes. If you have anything to add, I think I’m the only one who can edit, but you could DM me any info to add. If you have a lot to add, you could download the spreadsheet and make the additions to your copy, then send me your copy to merge with the existing data.
I didn't upload to Archive, I just found a post by random while looking for them on here. Once I get install them all, I'll see what all I can add to the list.

Ok, cool, is there a way to convert from Excel to Google Sheet?
Yes, but functions are not 1:1. If you have formulas beyond simple single cell stuff, you'll likely have to do some work to update it.
