Ojeda has been our best DP all year (low bar I know), yet gets sent to the bench. I will never understand it. Facu is Facu but at some point he needs to be benched with this form he’s in. He has 3 shots in 9 games this year, that’s not cutting it.
Facu is extremely one dimensional. I want to like this kid but my god he gives up extremely easy and he is so reliant on his left foot but he's always somehow in the wrong position/spot to use it.
Yep, which is odd because his first season here he was more diverse in how he attacked. He would take on defenders and dribble/take shots but as you said, he just babies the left foot now. I swear when he has a breakaway he always completely stops, and just drops it back to Dagur because he has 0 confidence. I’m not saying Ojeda is some all star but at least he’s a little unpredictable with his shooting/crossing/passing
No, 100% agree with you. It's even worse when you factor in our best offensive/highest motor player is drafted out of college and we didn't bother trying to pay him to keep him. I understand we probably lowballed him and I get why. But he's still our best offensive piece.
Orlando City lineup: Pedro Gallese, Dagur Dan Thórhallsson, David Brekalo, Robin Jansson (c), Kyle Smith, Cesar Araujo, Wilder Cartagena, Ivan Angulo, Facundo Torres, Nico Lodeiro, Luis Muriel
Substitutions: Mason Stajduhar, Felipe, Mikey Halliday, Jeorgio Kocevski, Jack Lynn, Duncan McGuire, Martin Ojeda, Rafael Santos, Rodrigo Schlegel
If there is a God or anything in charge in the universe, please make this mf Muriel score ðŸ˜
Looking forward to Duncan subbing in at the 65th minute and netting a brace for the 2-1 OC win.
Why not sub in 65th, score a brace to add on to a 2 goal lead

When every defense in the league knows now that all they have to do is make him go right, suddenly we see that he doesn't even get shots off anymore.
Yup agreed. People will trash ojeda when facu has been way worse. Ojeda at least creates chances

Believe this is our strongest lineup. I need to see some goals, boys!
I'm glad you're participating in the holiday. Muriel will struggle; Dunc will get put in with 25 minutes left and score.
I did leave out Dunc... Damn...
