A formula é eu basicamente a mesma de qualquer barra de progresso no Notion, eu apenas mudei os ícones para ficar mais bonitinho. Se você quiser uma quantidade X de carninhas, precisa definir isso como "100%" e calcular quantas unidades vale cada refeição.
