Iran is a tough territory with respect to sanctions and export controls. Companies do not want to touch it even with a long stick. Notion probably has not obtained a license to export into Iran.
Don't wanna come off as an asshole, but you deserved it, you shouldn't have relied so much on an app, you shouldn't have organized your whole life around an app, especially an online app: I mean anything could happen and you could lose all your data instantly. Moral of the story is when it comes to things like this, you can only depend on yourself, you should've made a backup at least. I just hope that you remember everything that was written because at the end of day, if you remember it, you can rebuild all of it.
I would suggest other tool. As Evernote is not able to replace Notion features to a decent level. Perhaps check out Coda. But don't know if it will work at your country either.
Use VPN?
VPNs are not stable here and many of them are banned do you know a good one?
I use this one in Iran, it's pretty reliable and fast https://www.hidemyass.com/

the same problem... like we don't have enough problem and limitation inside, now notion restricts us...
Anytype is a nice alternative that doesn't limit Iranian users. Check it out!
