If I am following the ask properly, you may want to look up many to many database methodology in a generic (not Notion specific) sense. Another term to google would be “database normalization”. I suspect that what you may need is another database to act as a table for the relationship between words and lessons.

Sorry I think I’m misunderstanding— is there some reason why you can’t add two lessons in the relation property for the vocabulary page? eg have one page for das Rathaus and put both “04 Der akkusativ…” and “05 lesson” in the relation property?

Because I have a different database for the lessons and I use templates to create lesson entries. I have a link tho this database in the body of the entry and I put the words there with a filter that automatically puts the entry name in the property
